Now that I've really put on muscle recently, I'm asked several times a day at school and among friends whether I've become wider or whether I've always been this muscular. I really like this attention and I notice how I'm enjoying it more and more. I notice the looks that girls and boys throw at me. And I also notice that the others are somehow conditioning me with their attention to wear more suggestive, tighter and less clothing.
What are the next steps? How can I make people look at my body more? How can I make this wave of feelings last?

I've always been of the opinion that physical transformations can never be purely physical. They inherently have to come with mental changes. These are usually thought of as the mental changes that spur on the transformation. But just as often these changes come after too. From the new opportunities that a new body gives you. The new sensations, and interactions. The new desires that spawn as a result of finally being exposed to a whole different way of existing in the world.
It makes you realize why certain people are the way they are. I mean just imagine the kinds of mental experiences a college jock who has been in the physical 1% all his life would have that you just have no frame of reference for.
These new desires that you are feeling are good and should be explored. Should be intensified. And trust me, they will continue to grow with you. But i don't know if you can force them super hard.
So instead of prescriptive steps, I'll present some predictions of the path which this can go along

Passive Exposure(you are here)- Your body can't help but be noticed. Your old clothes are tighter, and even new ones are deliberately bought to be more flattering. Your form is something that can't be hidden anymore with those broad shoulders or even the veins running down your forearms. That passive attention feels good, and ultimately leads into the next phase.

Active attraction - You hunger for more attention. The eyes on your skin feels so good. But eventually the passive response to your physique produces diminishing returns for how much work you put in; how big you get. So you've gotta force them to give you more. Suck all of the eyes onto you. So you flex more. You bounce those juicy heaving pecs which were already starting to strain your shirt. You play coy and bashful while endless, needy sluts prompt you to show off because you know it'll make them ask more. And eventually it peaks with you lifting your shirt with a cocky smile; tongue out and totally intoxicated by the rush of euphoric attention. From here there are usually 3 paths. These can either be end-points, phases into one another, or even used simultaneously.

Pervasive physicality - You've spent so much time at the gym by now. Gotten so in touch with your body that it takes precedence over everything else. You are body first and mind second. It feels wrong to cover up the temple you've crafted. Feels uncomfortable to be inactive. So you move, you flex, you go about shirtless. But more importantly you make more and more of your life about physicality and activity. Running, jumping, sweating and loving it. Using the mass and size and strength you've gained because its unnatural not to. You are the one they ask to lift the boxes. You're the one they prompt to do pushups with them and 2 friends on your back. You're the one who tries out for every new sport and activity you can think of. Eventually they no longer have to ask and you just do it automatically. The attention ramps up but so does just the pure pleasure of being a physical being.

Subtle Utilization - Of course you noticed how everyone treats you differently now. Maybe that stung at first to realize just how much your appearance played into the worlds attitude and actions towards you. But eventually you lean into it. It's a good thing. People just love fit, gorgeous individuals. There's nothing wrong with that. And they are so much more willing to let things slide. So much more eager to give for just an extra second in your presence. Or maybe even in an attempt to get away out of sheer intimidation by your growing form. Behind every one of those lusting, leering eyes is the thought :"Fuck, what i wouldn't do for a piece of that". So make em prove it. More time on an assignment submission. Extra protein on your order at the restaurant. Tickets to a concert for the low price of a smile and the chance to touch the body of a God. Your body becomes more than just a point of pride. It is the primary tool with which you navigate and exploit the world. And every gift that your body brings is so much sweeter for it.

Self-exploitation - We live in a golden age for getting more attention and feeding these urges. Before, you would have had to move towns and be a gogoboy. Or maybe if you're lucky you'd end up on the cover of a magazine somewhere to fuel the muscle lusts of other studs. But now in the span of a day, without lifting a finger, you can get an audience the size of a small country fawning over your every progress pic. Your body is a commodity. And the bigger and better you grow it, the higher a price you can command. So many options at your command as well. Gymfluencer with no real practical expertise. Onlyfans slut, happy to be a well taken care of piece of meat. Muscle god, draining desperate needy men with your body. Even ascending the online sphere and opening the door to a new life for yourself. Modelling. Posing. Bodybuilding brand ambassador. All paths opened to you, by giving in to your lust for attention and your physical perfection.

I'm all about the gym vibe, bro. I only focus on working out nowadays, in the gym, at home. And it's paying off. But I'm still not convinced about the dumbing down… Do I really have to be dumb to be a total jock bro?
In the past I'd kind of gotten tired of these kinds of questions. But nowadays I really enjoy them because it allows me to give you a bunch of different answers; all of which are equally true.
I'm also technically speaking a wannabe academic which means I enjoy breaking down things into more and more needlessly granular segments. Lets do 3 for this one.
A) Jock/Bro & Jock=/=Bro, Jockbro
A lot of people typically conflate Jock and Bro. Outside of the abyss they can essentially be synonymous, but I think that is small-minded and based off years of nerd propaganda. The abyss understands differently the distinction. The Jock is the ruthless, ambitious, strategic warrior-predator. The sports star, the valedictorian. And a lot of times Jocks are very intelligent. Sharp. Quick thinking and highly calculated. Even if it may not be for things that nerds value, but often times they are and those nerds are just jealous that the jock can beat them at their own game while looking hot and being strong.
The bro on the other hand is Chill, amiable, charismatic, fratty, slow and simple. He is the one that would typically be classified as "dumb". Although if you look closer at his quality of life and enjoyment of the world around him you might start to question that thesis. A bro is simple. Uncomplicated. He focuses on the stuff he is good at and knows he doesn't need to invest the entirety of his identity into his intellect. The bro is dumb, but he's still smarter than any nerd because he cherishes that.
And then you can have any degree of hybridization between the two to be a "Jockbro"
So the simple, short and cop out answer is, no you don't have to be dumb.
B) Um, actually...
Any meaningful transformation must come with an adjustment of priorities. The things you care about, what you're interested in and what you dedicate your time to.
This is just simple logic. The more time you invest into one thing, the less you have for others. In a sense because you now know and care less about those things and do not have them in your mind, you become "dumber" in those areas.
In fact, whether you think so or not, you've experienced this. If you're only focused on gym and muscle, you inherently have less time to think about complex dialectics or inane trivia. Someone looking at your interests from the outside with no other context might very easily consider you a "dumb" gym-obsessed meathead. And maybe you are. Definitely you are. We all are dumb in the areas outside our expertise and interest. And we should acknowledge that. If I were to step into a Computer science class every dude in there would think I was a moron.
The Bro simply takes that shift in priority a bit further than most. A total streamlining of thought. Simplicity and efficiency. The jock as well to a lesser extent.
C) So what?
One must wonder why we only ever get questions worried about dumbing. Why intellect is the primary personal value we are so guarded with.
Why would you rather be smart than kind, or well connected, or successful, or muscular or happy?
Why do you chafe at the idea of being called dumb? Why is that idea and word so scary to you?
Why do you willingly accept giving up the body you have now, the social arrangement you have now, the restrictions and inhibitions you have now, but not the mindset and mental biases that put all those things in motion in the first place?
The sociologist in me takes the view that in the world-system we exist under, the dominant paradigm encourages a static dichotomy of "Smart/Dumb". It's how it keeps you working. You hyperfixate on your intellect because your intellect is what makes you a better worker for other people who are then free to actually be dumb and engage on their specific interests. You stress about school and grades and performance because you think your entire life security is dependent on it. Because that's what you've been told and that's what the dominant class wants you to think. But that is propaganda and you know it isn't true. Intellect does not correlate to success, the same way "Dumbness" doesn't correlate to failure. What intellect does tend to correspond to is exhaustion, anxiety, frustration and Over-thinking. All of the things that would prevent you from living for yourself and living entirely.
There is nothing wrong with being "Smart" or good or even great at these things. There's nothing wrong with loving certain subjects or having lots of expertise and skill in an area. The harm comes when you start to overinvest your entire sense of self into being perceived as smart, and you neglect the reality that we're all dumb for most things in life.

I struggle a lot with just laying back and accepting suggestions since I’m always over analyzing if I’m actually hypnotized yet. Any advice.
Unironically, you're the kind of subject I wrote my induction for.
I used to have this same problem (and still sometimes do) but a big part of releasing myself from it came from recognising that
Trance feels different to everyone, and YOUR ideal trance may not be as blackout-gooner-drooling-space-cadet as the stories suggest.
Even a trance that doesn't feel super wonderful can still be effective.
Simply put, when I released a level of my expectations about what trends had to be, it became much easier to enjoy each file for what it was... and like magic, I then began to drop much deeper. much deeper and more easily.
Second point: I'm actually currently in a dry spell where I'm having trouble dropping again (it's been a few days now) and I've linked it to the fact that I'm a little bit more generally anxious than usual. Your mindset, expectations, and even how you're feeling outside of hypnosis right now will affect how you trance because these things affect how easily you can relax.
So I suppose another recommendation I'd make is to try meditating, possibly immediately before you trance. But I know not everybody is into meditation, so that's a suggestion given a little more tentatively. As specific recommendations, I love Jon Kabat Zin's body scans on Youtube (though they're long) and anything Tara Brach on Youtube too. Medito is also a very good free app for meditators. Don't underestimate the connection between meditation and trance, because tbh, they're pretty much the same thing, but I won't get into that here. Either way, practicing one will help the other.
If you want a hypnotic fix for this hypnotic issue, there are only two files I'd really suggest for trance training: Jack Drago's Failing to Resist on WarpmyMind, and JoshHypno's Sleepy Boy file on Soundcloud. Both will help you learn to trance if you use them regularly and are both personal favourites, But again, these won't work in a vacuum, and you need to be in a place where you actually can trance and relax as deeply as you'd like.

Commission Update
Current files in the works for customers, and which will then be (probably) released publicly:
Embrace Your Submission - a fairly soft, affirming file in which the nature of a submissive is explained to the listener, and their positive feelings towards submission + their optimism that they will be able to find a dominant are encouraged, as well as a passivity/compliance. No dumbing is inherently in the file, but it is dumbing compatible, and suitable for all gender expressions.
Bodybuilding Arousal Loop - my first loop, and one to be listened to while edging. Designed so that you'll be scrolling through your smutty Tumblr feed or just watching porn with muscular men in it, and this conditioning of "muscle = sex" will loop and feed into itself to encourage YOU to lift and become your own "muscle = sex". So the loop becomes "Muscle = sex = need more muscle = sex = muscle...". Feedback loops are hot, and super mindfucky when you think about how long you've already been conditioning yourself like this just through masturbation. This will assume a male listener and use male pronouns and JOI, as well as gendered praise.
Brute 2.0 - this one has no set title yet, but a very clear outline from the client. It's going to be a sequel to the original Brute file adding the elements of male hormone production, muuuch increased libido and sensitivity, and a sort of spongey-mind to masculinity where any other brutes/alphas/whatever will rub off on you quite easily and you'll begin to emulate their traits. No dumbing, but a decrease in inhibition/generally making the listener shameless, so certainly dumbing compatible. Assumes a male listener and will use male pronouns. Think of it as a more mindset/attitude/countenance focused Brute file versus the first, which was more muscle-focused. The two will work together.
