A tagging system for the unit! This is a blog for us to use, so it'll probably just have our name and an emote. Not listing ages, heard it's better for our safety. Bodily an adult, everyone on this list is Innerworld age 12 or younger.

regression & showers !
baths are usually the preferred way to get clean as a regressor, but there’s some of us who don’t feel comfortable taking baths or, like me, live on a college campus and don’t have bathtubs available. or maybe you have an entirely different reason! whatever the cause, i have made a list of agere things to do in the shower :)
• pick out a cute outfit ! first things first, and that’s clothes! pick out your favorite thing to wear, or whatever fits your mood! whether you’re getting ready for the day or going to sleep, be sure to show off your personal style!
• get a fun shampoo ! you can buy one made for kids or one in a fun container! maybe a certain smell helps you feel small- try and find a shampoo & conditioner with that scent! or if you used a specific shampoo a lot as a kid, see if it’s still around! get some baby shampoo too if you’d like!
• invest in a fun loofah ! there are so many different ones out there in all sorts of shapes and color! i’ve often seen ones based off characters and foods and they’re super cute and help me feel small! just be sure to get a new one every 4-6 weeks if you use it often!
• play music while you shower ! whatever kind of music helps you regress- it’s different for everyone! i know sometimes this isn’t possible if you have roommates or parents you don’t want to hear. but songs can always be sung softly or inside your head as well!
• mess around with the water ! i remember i loved doing this as a kid! i would always want to see how long i could stand under the hot / cold water hehe! sensory issues might make this difficult for some people, and that’s okay! there’s always more fun stuff to do!
• get some water crayons ! i see people use these in the bath a lot, but they also work in the shower! doodle pictures on the walls or practice your spelling / alphabet! sometimes they stick to the walls, so if you don’t want someone else to see it use a magic eraser to scrub it off after you’re done!
• have a shower toy ! bring a rubber ducky or another toy who can get wet and have them tag along! or bring the whole crew! they can sit on the edges on the shower or on the soap holder and keep you company!
• use a cute towel to dry off ! i have some with kittens all over them, but even a soft towel in your favorite color will work! they make all sorts of towels with lots of different designs on them, and some even have hoods with animal features!
now that you’re all done & squeaky clean you are ready to have an amazing day / night! :) great job little one! 🚿🧼🫧

This was a direct callout
[id: a light blue userbox with a pastel blue border, and pastel blue text that reads “this user has ocd and is not tidy, they are messy and disorganized and keep used stuff and can’t do skincare or haircare.” on the left is an image of the a small blue heart. /end id]

where to find kids book pdfs online ➜
this post was requested by @guacthegob ! finally got around the posting :]
disclaimer: these are free online resources to obtain pdfs for kids children books, i do not condone the pirating of books, and i encourage you to support your local library if at all possible :] our libraries are pillars of our communities and they receive funding passed on how many people participate in their events and check out books. however, we are in the year number two of a global pandemic so i understand if you dont want to go to a library, or maybe you just prefer pdfs. either way, here are some resources i gathered :D
----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monkey Pen - Free Monkey Pens entire mission is to produce and distribute 10,000 completely free childrens books because they believe that reading should be an important part of every kids childhood. They've made 50 books so far, which are completely free and accessible on their website, but you can purchase personalized books and the profits go towards making even more educational and entertaining books. Infobooks - Free Infobooks doesnt just have kids book pdfs, it also has coloring books and a lot of classics for older kids if you regress to an older age. It also has more well known stories like 'the three little pigs' or 'peter pan', They have a really good selection overall. PDF Drive - Free PDF Drive is something I use a lot for my college work to find textbooks, but I was recently alerted to the fact they have an INSANE selection of kids storybooks, activity books, coloring books, the whole shebang, fully available to download. Really great resource all and all, i could not recommend more :]
