My wife, Kristin, and I are planning to venture into the world of parenthood. For personal medical reasons we are foregoing the traditional route and are pursuing surrogacy. Surrogacy is a very expensive undertaking but we feel it is worth it to grow our family beyond our numerous pets. We have been saving for well over a year now and have a goal date set but it is much further away than we would prefer (we're not getting any younger lol). So, we have decided to throw a fundraising concert to try and mitigate some of the costs and move the process along a little more quickly.
