Sit with your hand over your heart or womb (or both! Trust your body).

Breathe in deeply.

Hold at the top of your breath.

Release.

Hold at the bottom of your breath.

Repeat.

Whisper to yourself as you breathe:

I am open to see myself as I am, without judgment.

I am safe to come home to myself.

I am ready to live my truth.

I am held in this journey.

It's never too late to start something new.

A couple of nights ago, I went to war.

It was the battle of my heart for my heart.

The age old questions of... "am I worthy?", "do I belong?", "am I enough?"

After moving through some major ancestral healing recently, I felt the weight settle over me...

The doubt of whether I am strong enough to take up the mantle of breaking generational chains, raising my consciousness fully into the 5d.

I shut down. But, I witnessed my reluctance to feel.

I numbed out. But, I quickly snapped inwards and wept for the ways I have wounded myself with my doubt and fear.

The awareness of our shadows is the easiest part. Seeing them... Look, there they are.

But, truly witnessing them, holding them, sitting with them, and overcoming them is where the truth of our power is born.

That's where having people in your corner to hold you, to hear you, to weep with you becomes paramount to your success.

That's where the strength to stand back up and cultivate your own power is bred.

That's where the conviction of your sovereignty and might is born.

That's where we find out how incredibly expansive we truly are.
