i love the shooting arc as much as the next girly (gn) but the tsunami arc really has me in a chokehold. like i fear it reigns supreme as my number one buddie moment. because eddie dropped his literal heart off at buck's door that morning and told him to take care of it and buck really did that with all the devotion in the world. like in the midst of a natural disaster and on blood thinners, he held onto eddie's heart in his hands for as long as he could. and when it got away from him, he did not rest for a single moment until he laid eyes on it again. like he did not stop to take a breath until eddie's heart was reconnected with him. and then after when buck thought that eddie would never trust him with his heart again, there was eddie back at his door. passing his literal. heart. back to the only person he could trust with it
