Me and my tendons have a troubled relationship. There’s always one somewhere in my body that’s freaking out. I used to have a lot of elbow and wrist pain, but these days it’s my knees. I’m doing my best to take care of them, but the healing process has lots of ups and downs. This one is for anyone who relates to the feeling of being overly aware of those burning sensations your body can present you with ❤️🩹
