reason why berdly isnt in chapter 3 is bc if he and tenna were ever allowed to interact theyd make each other SO MUCH WORSE. berdly would give tenna the respect he wants bc retro gaming is a thing, showing him an entirely new world of people who would love him. tenna in turn giving berdly all the attention he's craved, causing him to cling onto tenna even more. & its like at first u think Aw Hey maybe these guys are helping each other out! theyre nice! but then berdly becomes obsessed with being a tv star & tenna starts outwardly nostalgia baiting & ur like Oh This Is Bad Actually.
