I am one month from graduating with my Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship and all I can think is "I should have studied English, I should have studied journalism, I should have studied music, I should have studied mathematics, I should have studied chemistry, I should have studied anthropology."

I had a golden ticket to learn anything I wanted and I spent it bored in business classes.

Favorite typewriter and why, I'll start:

Aesthetic: the Remington Portable No. 2. Nothing beats the simple art deco elegance of these cute lil guys.

Functionality: The '57 Royal Aristocrat is the smoothest-typing machine I've ever experienced. Not the prettiest though.

So do people realize that we aren't building new train tracks when we expand the amteak network, I have multiple times seen people say that we shouldn't expand the network because it would destroy protected lands, which would be a fair criticism but Amtrak doesn't build new tracks, we use existing tracks. We are not destroying protected lands, we are using land that has already been clear for a century
