Hey it's me again
First of all, sorry for the disappearance all this months. Real life is busy sometimes. But i was able to dedicate some time for myself 😊
I have one theme in progress abandoned and it was like 80% finished, I think I'll make my comeback finishing that.
Also I'm going to answer all the DMs, sorry for the late late response to the oldest messages ;n; maybe the answer is no longer necessary, but just in case.
Anyway, thanks to everyone who still uses my themes, I really appreciate it :3

Hellooo. I know you mention only using your theme on tumblr. I plan on eventually paying a custom domain for my blog. Can I continue using your themes then?
Hello!
Sure, as long your blog is a Tumblr blog you can continue using my themes even with a custom domain, thanks for using them :D

[ Theme #11: TTYL ]
Preview + Install (Theme Garden) Live Preview + Static Preview + Code (GitHub)
A responsive, all-in-one theme that includes the option to hide the about, navigation, muses, following, and recently liked sections!
Features:
Day and night toggle button that will stay in the selected mode until it is turned off. A dark mode option is available for those who prefer a dark color scheme on their blogs instead of the default light colors. The day and night mode button will also change according to the scheme you are using.
6 sections are included in the theme (blog posts, an about me, navigation links, muses, following, and recently liked posts).
Left or right sidebar. Both layouts are responsive on multiple screens including mobile.
You can also choose icons that you like for various elements of the theme (i.e. the menu links in the sidebar) from Tabler Icons. Please refer to the theme guide linked below for more information.
Like and reblog buttons, a search bar, an updates tab, and a custom "Not Found" page.
A drop-down menu with 3 custom links.
Supports NPF posts and page links.
Options:
Instead of giving you a selection of post sizes to choose from, you can enter your desired post size (i.e. 500px or 40vw). The same applies to the sidebar.
A custom title and/or description. To activate the custom title and description options, just type anything in the text boxes "Custom Title" and "Custom Description."
You have the option to choose whether your accent colors will be a gradient or one color.
There is a selection of border styles and header styles to choose from.
Different sidebar images are optional. However, the first sidebar image that uses your header image as the default will always be visible on your blog. There is no option to hide it like the other sidebar image.
Show or hide tags on the index page.
Notes:
The search bar will be hidden automatically if you have the option to hide your blog from search results enabled.
The following and recently liked sections will only work if you're using the theme on a primary blog. It will not work with side blogs. Please also make sure you have enabled the options to share your following and liked posts in your blog settings.
For an in-depth explanation and tutorial on how to customize the theme to your liking, please refer to the theme guide! Everything you need to know will be addressed there.

Hi there, I use your theme Doodling 3xl and something hasn't been working lately. The dark mode is always on, I cannot edit anything and the gallery format isn't working either. Thanks
Hi! Thanks for using my theme! :D
Please refer to this post.
In resume, there was an error uploading the theme to the theme garden, and the fix is not approved yet by the staff, so meanwhile please install the theme manually with the source code.

Glazed and Doodling 3x1 Updates
Glazed and Doodling 3x1 now have full compatibility with NPF posts! including the new audio posts. Also the hide captions option was removed from both themes.
Both themes are ready to be approved in the Theme Garden since a while, but approving times are taking a little too long than usual so if you're experiencing problems with any of the themes please re-install them with the source code.
Source code for Glazed.

Tumblr 2023 Layout - cleaned up
I personally am open to a new look, but my god is it cluttered 😵 I'm rusty with coding, so lemme know if there's any bugs.
How to add:
Add the Stylus Chrome or Firefox extension.
While on tumblr's homepage, click the extension's "Write style for: www.tumblr.com/" button.
Paste this code into the top area (replace any default code already present)
Delete any part of the code that hides something you want (e.g. the Explore button).
Save!

🎧 NPF audio player ⋆
On Tumblr's process of changing everything to NPF, staff has added metadata (details) to NPF audio inserts to reflect what was originally entered when it was posted. Unfortunately, they're unstyled for now, so I wrote a plugin that mimics the appearance of Tumblr's legacy audio player.
☆ Features:
functional play/pause buttons with customizable sizes and colors
[optional] preceding labels, e.g. "Track:" / "Artist:" / "Album"
[optional] placeholder text for empty fields, e.g. "Untitled Track"
shows album cover image if its comes with one, with customizable dimensions
customizable player padding and background color

IMPORTANT: See The Stars With Me, Again NPF compatibility + Changes
I added new improvements to the theme, these are already up on the Theme Garden. First of all, this improvements include full compatibility with NPF posts! including the new audio posts.
NPF photo posted with the new editor / legacy photo post.
This is how a custom audio posted with the npf editor will look like.
Also I made a few important changes:
🚫 The "Hide Captions" functionality was removed
This was a hard decision to made, but at the end this functionality was removed as is not compatible with NPF posts.
✏️ Captions for legacy posts will be shown outside de controls box.
This was a hard decision too, but it was necessary to have consistency with the new NPF posts.
New legacy post caption / old legacy post caption / new NPF photo post in the source blog.
Also remember that reblogged NPF posts will be treated as text posts, so if you reblog a NPF post it will have a backdrop. This behaviour was already in the first version of the theme.
⭐ Added an option to show a backdrop on media posts.
This was added because originally the theme was meant to have backgroundless photos, so users can upload pngs or gifs and give the impression of having the theme background as a video game background :p But with this new option you can enable a background if you want the design of the posts to have more consistency.
Show backdrop option disabled (default) / option enabled / rebbloged NPF photo post.
These are all the mayor changes that were made to the theme. The decisions were hard to take, but this was the fastest way to achieve the NPF compatibility. If I wanted to keep the theme with the original design, I would need to refactor all the theme again from scratch with the new NPF variable, and right now I don't have the time.
Hope you all enjoy this new version of the theme and hope this changes don't bother anyone.
If you find out something not working or a bug please tell me n.n
PS: If you don't see the changes reflected, please reinstall the theme.

Hi, it's the Heart of the Cards neocities person again. :// (I'm really shy but I wanted to include the screenshot so I'm off anon;;;;) I'm sorry to be a bother, but I took the loading code out, referencing the loading.io link for the code, and it completely broke... Showing me this now
Idk what I did. :// Does any other part of the code reference the loading code? Thank you for your time!
Hi! Don't worry thanks for reaching out n.n
I recommend you add back the code you removed or reinstall the page again. When the page works normally, delete only the highlighted parts of the code shown in the following images:
Then the page should work as expected and the loading animation will be no longer visible.
Hope this helps!

Hii! Im using your theme Glazed on one of my sideblogs, I just came back to tumbrl since.. couple years and I dont know if is something about the general coding or if theres an upload or something that can be fixed through the themes code. I tried to use the "hide caption" and it doesnt work on my new photo post, but on the old ones it works. The blog where Im using the theme is yuunosoba.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply and thanks for reaching out.
This happens because of the new posts format (NPF posts), now all images and photoset posts are rendered as text posts. The 'hide caption' option was thought for photo and photosets, because I can't hide the caption of a text post beceause is the actual post xD But now since all the posts are text posts the functionality will not work anymore with the actual code :(
I need to think if I'll remove this functionality to avoid misunderstoods and to keep all the posts uniform, or if I'll add something to try to fix it (it requires some time).
Anyways when I decide what to do I'll post it as soon as possible.
Hope this helps.

Hello, I use one of your themes (Social Media theme). It was really good, and I've been using it for a long time. Thank you very much. However, I noticed that there was some sort of incompatibility between the new posting method of tumblr and your theme. Whenever I post a photo, instead of it becoming a photo post, it becomes a text post. As result, the picture has white borders instead of zooming in. I just want to let you know.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply and thanks for using my work :D
Yeah this happens because of the new tumblr's posts format and now all the image posts are texts, so I have to add a fix to the theme to make it somehow differentiate between text posts and image posts. I hope I finish this soon but when it's done I'll post is as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot for your patience.

Hello! I have 2 questions rather than one, i hope that's okay! I recently downloaded your SOCIAL MEDIA theme for my art blog and love it for the most part, however, at the bottom of the images, it's showing a gradient fade of the background color and I'm not too sure on how to get rid of that. The second thing I wanted to bring up was about image sizing, rather than squares, would there be a simple way to adjust the size of the post to the image/text post size rather than just a square?
Hi! Thanks for your your interest on my work :D
This happens because of the new posts format (NPF posts) and now all the new image posts are text posts. The gradient was meant to display only on text posts. I'm currently working on fixing this details on my themes to make them full NPF compatible.
When it's done I'll post is ASAP.
And about the sizing, I made them display in squares to imitate the way instagram displays posts on the user's feed.
Thanks for your reaching out and for your patience.

Hello!
I just got back into tumblr after years and searching for a theme i found your page! Youre designes are amazing! Im using Glazed on my Blog rn and was wondering if theres any possibility to make it have 3 columes instead of 2?
Have a great day!
Hi! Thanks for your words and for using my work :'D
You can achieve it by editing this line of code, find this and replace it with the number 3.
--Post-Columns: {select:Columns}
But this will override the options to have 1 and 2 columns, also you may have to resize the posts, or make the container bigger. To make the posts smaller, find the following
.post, .post-notes { width: 100%; min-width: 400px; max-width: 550px;
And replace min-width: with something like 300px.
To make the container bigger, find the following code
.layout_blog { max-width: 1400px;
and replace max-width: with something like 1500px or 1600px.
Also as this is only CSS, and if you have some html and css knowledge, you can do this in the Custom CSS section, just copy the entire css class with the new values and it will overrwrite the previous css, this is to not altere the original code and to keep it linked to theTheme Garden, so you can get future theme updates automatically.
Hope this helps n.n

Can you make the Pokédex 98 page a theme, if not that's ok. Also, I love your work.
Hi! Thanks for your words :D
Is a good suggestion, I'll try to make it a contained pokedex theme after I fix my other themes with the NPF posts haha.

Hello, I've installed the Glazed theme and I was wondering if I could make the night mode automatic in the html? Every time I open a new page, it flashes the light mode until going back to the night mode.
Hi! Thanks a lot for using my theme and thanks for notifying this.
Yes, I found out how to fix this in the code, I'll upload it on the next update of the theme garden, but meanwhile, you just have to move this find this bunch of code, and move it (cut and paste it) right before the first <style> tag.
Don't forget to wrap the moved code in <script> tags.
With this the flashing won't happen again.
Hope this helps and thanks again!
