100 word drabbles for Mass Effect
A series called Moiety.
Chapter Fifty: Hold the Line
* * *
“You know all that ‘Hold the line’ bravado?” Kirrahe asks as he ducks for cover from Cerberus bullets.
Shepard crouches beside him similarly. “Yeah?” he huffs.
“Not mine,” Kirrahe pants, grinning deliriously. “Stole the damn speech.”
Shepard grunts, popping his heatsink. “Kirrahe, look, I don’t particularly think it’s the right time for – ”
“Captain Solidun. Battle of the Tar'lassin Crests. Shot through the eye before the last volley even ended.”
Shepard looks at him incredulously. “And you’re telling me this now because…?”
A steadying breath, hands tight along his pistol. “Because we still held the line.” Kirrahe breaks from cover.

HAPPY PRIDE
With the first version of the Garrus synth, I tried my hand at some mShakarian audio. Being an early synth, it was pretty flat.
I got my own voice model trained to help me puppet the synths a little better. I've been practising with Speech to Speech conversion today, and Garrus got a new update. So, I thought I'd export some lines I was messing around with.
Furthermore, in the spirit of all this, there is an update to the Mass Effect Lip-Sync Automation Resources, which will be going live shortly.
Turian characters can now be auto-lipsynced!
Here's to a mShakarian mod being made, and many other things with turian characters!

Hey guys! I know I’ve been pretty radio silent on here for awhile but I have a good reason!
A few other bookish songwriters and I formed a group called the Bookish Songs Collective, and for the last year we’ve been working on an album entirely inspired by the Grishaverse. And now the album is officially out on all streaming platforms! You can go to our instagram to learn more about us, or click on our Spotify to listen for yourself.

What would Lily say if she heard that the Contestant broke up her and Aayush - because they were interested in Lily?
Lily's mouth drops open, for a moment she looks completely stunned. Then she looks down at her nails, inspecting them for a moment before looking up again.
The look of surprise has been replaced by her usual slightly haughty expression, one eyebrow raised.
"I'd say that is sneaky and underhanded. Breaking up a relationship that could have been something serious, with no intention of being with Aayush? Truly awful behaviour. Something I could never encourage."
She looks down at her nails again, and you catch a smile playing on her lips.
"Maybe we should carry this conversation on at the afterparty."
She holds your eyes for a moment longer than normal and you see something flashing in them...

Everyone says “Bram Stoker has no idea how Texans talk lmao” but we do get told that Quincey is making shit up to make Lucy giggle:
“…but he found out that it amused me to hear him talk American slang, and whenever I was present, and there was no one to be shocked, he said such funny things. I am afraid, my dear, he has to invent it all, for it fits exactly into whatever else he has to say.”
Which is the cutest shit and I refuse to let us interpret this scene without it.
