GIN JNPR:   TYPE: Natural botanical spirits ORIGIN: France VOL: 0% vol   For the first time there is no talk of a real gin but of a very particular product in fact this gin has zero degrees. What one wonders is how can it be called gin if it has zero degrees, just look at the first and main ingredient: juniper berries. But the peculiarity of this product is the vast presence of botanicals present inside it, as if it were a real gin   SMELL: Very pleasant, the very intense notes of apple are accompanied by the complex of spices and ginger; TASTE: It is difficult to guess being used to the intense flavor of the alcoholic base, even here the apple is very present together with the sweet note of cinnamon and the spiciness given by ginger, pepper and chilli. Angelica plays a role in dryness and cardamom releases a warm background We can therefore define it as an intense, spicy and fruity gin due to the apple BOTANICS: -Juniper Barries - Coriander seeds - Cardamom seeds -Apple - Java pepper -Jamaica hot pepper -Cinnamon -Ginger -Bitter quassia - Angelica root   G&T: Here we talk about virgin tonic, with virgin we mean any drink without alcohol content, but this does not mean that we cannot drink a gin and tonic, on the contrary it is a product that adapts well to the tonic     It is recommended with these tonics:   - Brilliant water (so as not to alter the flavor too much) -Limestone (to give a slight lemon flavor) -Tyrol tonic (if you want a bigger bubble) -Fever 3 Mediterranea (Excellent for giving the Mediterranean aroma to a gin that already has it)     RECOMMENDED DRINKS:   -Virgin Clover (Gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, egg white) -Virgin Paradise (JPNR, orange juice, apricot syrup) -Virgin Gin Mule (JPNR, lime juice, ginger syrup, ginger ale) -Virgin Dirty Martini (JPNR, pickled olives, dry vermouth)   DISTILLATION: The gin is distilled in a copper alembic by inserting all the botanicals in a certain order so as to have a perfectly balanced effect. Pungent mint is also felt We can therefore define it as a dry, fresh and floral gin The peculiarity of this gin is the presence of raspberry, which gives a bittersweet flavor, and mint which instead gives a fresh and balsamic note BOTANICS: -Juniper Barries - Coriander seeds - Angelica root -Raspberry -Mint -Rose petal   G&T: It is a gin that goes very well with the tonic, the hints of raspberry and mint are very suitable, and generally it can be combined with any not too extreme tonic. Taste: Basically it is based on hints of pepper, ginger and cucumber, it is a refreshing gin with a strong character and floral aroma among other things, with the essence of German cucumber and the oil of rose petals from Bulgaria Production:Is the result of the combination of two gins. One produced with a Carter-Head alembic, the other in a small alembic built in 1860 by the manufacturer Bennett, Sons & Shears DRINK: -Corpse Reviver n.2 -Cardinale -Aviation The 2 botanicals are macerated for about 24 hours before passing through the still (they are simply boiled and put directly into the spirit). All botanicals are neither macerated nor boiled, but are steamed so as to extract only the lightest, sweetest and most floral aromas. Both distillations take 12 hours.Once the two spirits are united, cucumber and rose essence are added before adding water and bottling. -The manufacturer noticed a hole in the market and in 1999 therefore released this premium gin #gintonic #gin #ginoclock #gintonictime #drinkporn #cocktail #pickoftheday #ginstagram #drinkinstagram #barmanlife #themixologyscientist #hendricksgin #hendrick's #hendricks #newgin #photoftheday #drink #drinkoftheday #mixology #newgin https://www.instagram.com/p/CJWZAZAlQ4i/?igshid=1nqpufy5hkdfp
