I haven't crocheted since before Christmas and my hands feel so good! I was really overdoing it for a while and my hands really began to cramp and stiffen up. This year my goal is to relax, enjoy the craft that I love so much, and really practice proper posture and proper technique. Sometimes we can all get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of orders, new designs, and keeping up with trends that we forget why we crochet or knit in the first place. ♡♡♡♡ I love you all so much! I first heard it from my band director many years ago and was truly inspired. I always think about this when starting a new adventure in life. I heard it again when watching The Office (amazingly hilarious show btw) and again it stuck with me. More recently, the ladies of #makerstrong movement have been mentioning it here and there and it's so true. Being a crocheter or knitter can get discouraging sometimes. You are constantly competing with Chinese made stuff that sells for less than the cost of materials! However, it is possible. Think you can and you can! I am currently filling a few orders for this lovely buttery soft beauty and am so elated to have complete STRANGERS ordering my things! Stick with it, know your worth, don't ever give up!
