To Nowhere // I am Now Here is an in-development Sugarcube Twine Interactive Fiction written for the Smoochie Jam 2024.

You are a cowboy in the post-apocalypse, tasked with the important job to deliver the mail across the ice-sheets and endless polar desert of a frozen earth. Following the shortwave radio signals of forgotten towns, and the occasional helpful traveler, you and your partner navigate this wasteland for a hope of humanity at dawn.

Hi everyone! For the past month I have been working on a little story for the 2023 ShuffleComp jam. And then about two days in I got an eviction notice. So while I couldn't work on The Night Shift as much as I would have liked, I did want to submit something for Shufflecomp.

Starfisher is about moving back home, going fishing, and maybe a little more.

hello, yes, yes there will be romance.

The Night Shift will have very messy romance, but it is romance nonetheless. It is rated 18+ for numerous reasons, and one of those reasons is that there will be sexually explicit material (with an option to fade to black).

So far, the main romance I'm working on (there is at least two characters that I am workshopping into ROs) is gender selectable in either being Some Boring Guy or a Disaster Butch Woman.

So, just for clarification, since there are already 10+ different games called The Night Shift and a few more called just Night Shift, I'm assuming the fact that this apparently *doesn't* have a prologue yet means it isn't any of those?

It might of been one of them at some point but it was taken down and is getting a rewrite.

I'm fond of the name and bad at naming things so I kept it.

A set trait MC will have is a 'mark'. It appears as a tattoo upon their body; hand/s, shoulder, chest or back.

It primarily takes the appearance of a blacked out area with a 'fallout' area around that can appear as lines; swirls; smoke.
