Good lord I’m not saying “you personally have to be violently harmed by cishets to be queer” I’m saying that the term is exclusively reserved for the communities who’ve historically experienced oppression centered around that slur and experienced the violence that it embodies (ie LGBT people)
You’re spouting some nonsense interpretation where you could say “some lesbians are queer but not all” when what I’m literally saying is “lesbians can call themselves queer because the lesbian community has been a target of this slur and experienced horrific violence as part of it”. Ace/aro people who lack same-gender attraction have no place trying to reclaim it because it was never aimed at their community.
#i really needed this#knowing that my sexuality has a place in the history of queer rights#this is so important#so fucking important to me#god#thank you sonic for reblogging this#this is validation i didn't know i needed#sonickitty#asexuality#horrormovieproblems#idk if you need this too but i did

It's really not that hard to tell actors from their characters
Like, this is Loki

And this is Tom. They have different colored hair.

This is Castiel

And this is Misha. They wear different clothes.

This is Tony Stark

And this is Robert Downey Jr. They have different names.

Simple

Bow before the metal god of the post-apocalypse world of Mad Max, the Doof Warrior and his massive rock-blaring, ear-splitting, flame-throwing, metal-shredding, taiko-drummer-carrying machine of rock: the Doof Wagon.
The Doof Warrior is played by the Aussie singer/songwriter/actor iOTA, who also happens to be an openly gay man.
I DARE you to be this metal.

Sometimes I remember that Steve Rogers has seen War Games and it makes me really happy. I wonder if he liked it? Did he like the actors? Has he seen Ferris Bueller?
