Revisiting my own reboot universe AU.

when resetting the universe, sprawled out on many pages in the magic tome is the same phase “ I want to relive our happiest memories.” Which is something that Duchess writes in the book the day before the graduation.

When asked where she got the book all that Duchess tells her is she can’t remember who gave it to her. That she has had the book for so many years and so many cycles that she couldn’t put a face or a voice to the person that had given it to her.

At the end of the story, after convincing Duchess to be rid of the book and live her life, all you can see is a mysterious figure picking up the book.

Cedar walks up: mind if I sit next to you?

Briar: …

Cedar: I’ll leave if you want me to.

Briar, reluctantly scoots over

Cedar sits down: Golden Delicious is worried. What happened? Why did you run out like that?

Briar: …

Cedar: is it something you can’t even talk to me about?

Briar: I looked at the calendar today.

Cedar: …

Briar: yesterday was… Apple’s birthday

Briar: yesterday was Apple’s birthday and I had forgotten.

Cedar: it’s painful, wasn’t it.

Briar: I… don’t know. That’s the thing. I can’t remember them. I shouldn’t. How could I? We promised we would be best friends forever after.

Briar: Why am I being so accustomed to living in the here and now. I’m slowly forgetting about everyone and everything.

Briar: and the worst part? I sound like a self centered baby. Not thinking about you. Don’t I?

Cedar….

Cedar: There was a time when I would watch you sleep. That I would get so mad at you for making me not become human. That I had to watch as we buried all of our friends into the ground.

Cedar: “I hated what had become of us” was all I could think of.

Cedar: but as I watched Golden Delicious and all of his friends grow up, I couldn’t help but smile. I couldn’t help but wish you to wake up sooner. I wish you could share in the world we were to live in

Briar: …

Cedar reaches out and hugs Briar: I don’t know if this helps.

Briar’s thoughts: her touch, her scent. It’s all so different. It’s not the same. It’s not like Apple’s but it’s… warm like I remember. It’s the same.

Briar: thanks, cedar. I think I’m good now. Just needed a cry.

Cedar: I hope you know no one is telling you to forget about our past. I just hope you know that the here and now are just as important to you. You will always have a future with everybody here - including with me.

Cedar’s thoughts: Briar … is getting gray hairs. She is getting older. No matter how much I wish for it, time is moving forward.

Briar: no matter how long it is, it just feels like I’m just betraying the time I spent with Apple. But like she said “even if destiny draws us apart. She will always be in my heart.” I don’t know if I can be happy without her, but I know I have to try

Well, since G5 is dead in the water and was a massive disappointment in how it handled many things. From the misahandling of trying to be a sequel series to it handled its own topics and such. Had it not been for the g4 elements, it would have merely just been another show that would have been forgotten (this could be better or worse.”

I tried to play with the story like I do with Ever After High by rewriting it to make Izzy an eldritch abomination, it just didn’t work.

As I laid my head down to rest, my last thoughts were of Apple. As she held my hand to ease me to my slumber I wondered how things would be had we shared the same destiny.

It would have been a dream come true. To close our eyes together and feel our final breaths together I knew I could sleep peacefully.

Even if I closed my eyes it would be okay. As time slows down around us, I would know in my dreams we would be together forever after.

If she were right next to me, the nightmares would stay away.

Even if we were to never wake up.

If only…

Good King/ Evil Queen Headcanon

When they were dating and Good was invited to some of the “bad guy” social gatherings, Good was nervous about meeting some of the villains because of his affinity.

The Dark Fairy rest assured him that no one would do or say nothing to him because Evil has told everyone

Eah OC: Mallord the Stork

A bit of a gag character this time

Name: Mallord

Legacy: Stork

Curse: “I hate my job”

Description: big stork with eyes that just says he is just done with everything

Mallord is a character that like most Storks, he delivers babies. But of course he delivers other packages that is shipped over the world of ever after. His running joke is that he is just one package away from just going quackers. He is just ultimately just fed up with everything. He just wants to finish his 10 hour shift with no headaches, go home and sleep until he has to wake up for his next shift.

The students of every after high do worry about him but every time they try to speak to him he tries to cut them off because the longer he spends talking to the kids the longer he has to spend on the job. He will tell you that the only good thing to happen on his job is the time when Apple and Raven gave him a batch of cupcakes for his birthday (that he had to work on and was denied the day off.)

Fun fact: Mallord was the Stork that delivered Cerise to Red when she was born, but before Red could come up with an excuse why her baby had wolf ears Mallord cut her off telling her “whatever you do is none of my business, so please sign for the package so I can go.” because whatever story she was going to tell him was going to cause him to have a headache for the rest of the day.
