Now (pun not intended) listening 💿🎶: I can't let myself be the only person who knows these two songs. They're B-sides from a Yoo Seungjun wannabe who made one album in 2006, a year out of interest to even a lot of old K-pop fanatics. But these songs are so good, especially Taboo, which is waaaay too great of a song for how unknown it is.

Now listening 💿🎶: Love how Yoonsang made a song that was literally "touch grass" in 2000... and singing it with the most ~*melifluous*~ voice in existence.
Just love Yoonsang in general. Listen to the remix too. It bumps.

Now listening 💿🎶: This has to be one of my favorite songs by her and no one talks about it. The sound...? The lyrics...? The concept...? Following up on the Kang Susie jazz era appreciation post, I think we need more appreciation for the later eras of these ICONIC divas overall

Now listening 💿🎶: INJECT THIS DAMN SONG INTO MY VEINSSSS
I've been on a SHINee kick lately and I've noticed myself listening to the same few songs on repeat ad nauseam and a lot of the time I'm not in the mood so I end up playing, like, Replay (Boom Track) when I'm not really feeling it, but I just played this and I was in the EXACT mood to get it. Girls who get it get it, you know?

Now listening 💿🎶: More jazzy Kang Susie please and thank you. Especially starting from the 2000s, she has such a nice voice that really fits with this style of music. These two songs are so good but so underrated... 😭😭😭

I've been listening to a lot of S#arp lately and I think we need some more Sori appreciation here because that one album she was on was absolute perfection! Like especially with this song (and Tell Me Tell Me), she has such a light voice which is so nice to listen to and fits the song perfectly. It's a shame she had to go after this, but we appreciate what we have IG
Baby we can dance all night~

Shoutout to my early 90s girls (and the four guys from Zam)!! But mostly Yoon Youngah... why did no one tell me Mini Date is such a good song?? It's giving 80s Janet Jackson and I love her for that
(Also if Eyes by Uhm Junghwa was on Spotify she would be here too, but unfortunately it's not... you will always be with us Queen Junghwa)

For some reason I've been really into 70s Korean music lately and this is MY diva. , probably most famous because her great song "Fog" was featured in the soundtrack of Park Chanwook's Decision to Leave, but she has so many other great tracks. This one, "You" (너) is my personal favorite. She has such a nice, light voice! It makes sense that she's J (miss 어제처럼 herself)'s aunt, because they both have wonderful airy voices (though Jung Hoon Hee's low range is not to be underestimated). Talent does run in the family, it seems...
