Ok wow not only did Meeple get a really good looking character short but this one had like actual dialogue. Which is great idk if they be able to get this character across as well without dialogue.

However a big thing I seriously want to talk about is how happy I am Chester one of the brawlers shown in this short playing with Meeple.

See before this short me and my friend were pointing out how much it fit if Chester was one of the few brawlers to play along with Meeple.

Heck given how much less mad and more playful they are in this short with Meeple compared to everyone else they definitely feel like friends. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone else was here playing this game with Meeple cus Chester managed to convince them to do so knowing Meeple really needs to talk with other ppl more.

Like Chester is very much playfully teasing Meeple here.

Anyways yeah they had my favorite part of this short.

I’m glad seeing one of these where we just get to see characters bounce off each other. I love hearing them talk with each other and the animation in this looks so good and it moves very well.

Don't Play with my heart pt 1 Steve X Garret FROM THE MINECRAFT MOVIE (posted on my ao3 as well)

Garrets Pov: *I can't believe after all that he continued to stay in that world, there's so much more out there... there's me* I say frowning as my thoughts become clouded with Steve and how I would never see him again. But suddenly as I am walking towards the exit of the cave, I am thrown to my knees as something hits me from behind and crushes me, "STEVE" Henry yells. I turn my neck to see if it's true, Steve actually came back and landed on my. "You guys really didn't think I'd leave, did you?" He says getting up and looking at me with his big beautiful eyes offering me a hand, which I declined because I don't want him so think I'm weak or something. "I'm fine" I say, a bit harsher than I wanted it to be. And stood brushing off the dirt from my knees. "Henry it's getting late, you have school still you know" his sister calls walking infront of us with the animal lady "Wait, Steve if your gonna be living in the real world now won't you need to live somewhere? You know I am a house sales person, I could definitely get you a-" I interrupted their conversation. "NO, uh no Steve can stay with me" I say putting my large glasses over my eyes to cover the light blush that threatened to appear. "Um Garbage man? Why are you wearing glasses the cave is really dark" the kid asks. "Henry I think the torches are messing with his eyes, right Garret?" Steve asks. *Is he trying to tease me? Can he see my face? There's no way* I say as my face gets slightly brighter. "Yeah, what uhh Steve said, the torches heh they're killing my eyes" I say nonchalantly "Umm Henry, we should really be getting back home by now" Natalie says uncomfortably trying to rush the kid out of there. "Steve. About that offer, if you don't want to come over I TOTALLY get bro. Prob got like a fam or somethin" I say scratching my neck looking over to his lushous hair. *Oh to run my hands through that grease filled hair* I think. But snapped out quickly because of Steve's response. "I'd actually love that! Cuz like you guys are the only people I got..." My heart sinks, and I instinctly grab his hand, surprisingly we both blush and look the other way. "Well we should get going" I say letting go of Steve's hand and announcing to the others . "Bye Steve!! Bye Mr Garbage man" Henry says waving back "I'll stop by your store tomorrow before school okay?" I nod in response. Acting all nonchalant infront of Steve, and getting into the car.TO BE CONTINUED
