MAIHAR TO CHITRAKOOT SAFARNAMA

Our journey from Maihar to Chitrakoot was awsome .Distance Between Maihar And chitrakoot is approx 130 KM and 671 meters / 81.2 miles.The bus takes time from Maihar to Chitrakoot is around 2 hours 30 minutes . The estimated time of travel by bus from Maihar to Chitrakoot may vary or will take longer than the above mentioned time due to road conditions and different travel routes., The bus ticket price from Maihar to Chitrakoot can be around 100-150 rupees.we arrived at chitrakoot at 07 pm approx,after that We find the lodge there Which was near Ramghat and then WE TAKE rest and on the second day, we set out for the journey at morning 9’o am, First we went to Sati Anusuya and there we took bath.So below this, where did we go on the first day?was explained by step by step.

.1-SATI ANSUYA->It is an ashram on the banks of the Mandakini river. This place is about 08-09 km from Ramghat, on the way to the Gupt Godavari caves (03-04 km route),I have made a lot of videos here which you all will get to see in the above video.

.2-GUPT GODAVRI->There are about 3 caves. there is a secret water Origin of godavari river from where water flow from these caves. You can see some small crabs in the water but don't worry that they never harm the pilgrims. Water flows on the stones in a cave and it is not convenient to walk on such small stones, so be prepared and In a cave there, the water keeps rising slowly as you go forward, but that water is knee high so it is safe for everyone . This place is about 19-20 km from Ramghat.

.3-SPHATIK SHILA->It is a stone where Lord Rama used to rest and here are some stories that Pandit ji tells EVERYONE so please listen it in the above video ,the stone is smooth like a valvet and this place is 3-4 km from Ramghat.

.4-JANKI KUND->There is a jankikund which is approx 3 km from ramghat and from jankikund we directly go to the Ram ghat for taking part in aarti.

.5-RAMGHAT->It is one of the main ghats of Chitrakoot. Let's go boating here. You should pay around 150-200 rupees per head for one hour private shikara (big boat) booking. There are pet rabbits on some boats and playing with them would be really fun for the children. Tulsidas stature is situated on the Ghat. There is also a Bharat Milap temple at this ghat. You can cover it in about 2-3 hours. The daily aarti is at 6 pm approx and you should get some time to secure a place to join the aarti. It is a central place in Chitrakoot,In Ram Ghat at 7 pm approx there is laser show where Bhagwan Ramji's story is shown But we could not see it because that day was sunday
