I also revenge every attack I get. Last year I submitted 29 drawings and this year my goal is 35.

There aren’t any Riddlers I actually HC as being Trans, nor are any of mine trans, but If I were to list any Riddler for fun, I’d say Lego Riddler. Specifically from the Lego Batman Movie. I could see if people were to HC him FtM, or just him not going by anything at all. I don’t think that fella should be bound by any means. Free him from labels. Nonbinary Lego Riddler.

Short answer for cane bludgeoning, Gotham Ed would if needed or during some outburst, Arkham Riddler would try, Telltale Riddler would, Cudotverse is ready to, and maybe Paul Dano if given an opportunity.
