A lot of men will be quick to say a woman is too masculine. “She’s too loud, won’t stfu, she’s aggressive, she’s rude, she’s a bitch!” So my question is, if this describes masculinity and a man is going back and forth with said masculine woman and he’s mirroring her energy, what does that make him? A bitch? I’m asking for a friend…. 😅

I believe you’re not born with mental illness. Mental illness is, over time a buildup and result of a toxic upbringing/environment and unaddressed trauma which manifests itself in disease and mental illness…

So when you’re asked as a child “why are you so angry?” It’s much easier to blame it on bipolar disorder than to talk about the root of the anger, especially when you’re programmed to believe that your feelings don’t matter. As long as there is food, clothes and shelter, shouldn’t be nothing to complain about right?…wrong!
