Hi, What do you think of Tom Hiddleston's role in how Loki has changed (read: destroyed)? Do you hold him responsible? Or do you think he's also being run over by Marvel and having to cave to their absurdity?

He’s “responsible” in the sense that he’s selling a product and the quality of said product has very clearly dropped to the point I’m no longer interested in buying. Marvel strong-arms everyone they work with but at the same time no one forced him to sign a new contract either (except maybe the looming dread of an empty pocketbook). At the end of the day he’s doing a job and whatever else may be going on behind the scenes with him, what’s showing up on the screen is underwhelming and, frankly, embarrassing (McDonald’s? Really?) If he still cares at all — about both Loki and acting in general — he clearly doesn’t care enough. So he lost my business 🤷‍♀️

Dont know how else to put this. I dont care about multiverse i dont care about nexus events i dont care about sylvie and her scars i wanted loki's story what i got was everything but that

I dont care about new variants. I wanted my old characters and their new stories alongside with their past explored

this is facts and it’s surreal because way back when Peak Loki existed i remember Tom giving a damn. but who he is as an actor now is so far divorced from who he used to be (the effort he put in, the enthusiasm, the genuine thoughtfulness behind chara motivations) that he might as well be a totally different person. not only do i not recognize Loki, i don’t recognize this person saying he is the actor Tom Hiddleston. i’m waiting for the acting to start.

I hope I'm not the only one who is absolutely pissed that Loki's hair is going to be even shorter for season two (evidently).

I mean, why not just have Tom play himself? 🙄

i want the old Loki back but i don’t consider him evil, just a badass. “Loki was evil” people say. babes, he was holding back… if Loki had made everyone suffer the way they deserved, then we’d really hear these people crying. i’d still be his fan too.

It's so hard to find good Loki-editors nowadays.

They either praise series and ship lokius or say that Loki in movies is better because "i WaNt EvIl LoKi BaCk".

And it's so depressing
