Not to be shady, but let’s be real.

everyone’s suddenly acting like they’ve always loved Damangela on tiktok AND twitter. Like i notice how suddenly there's posts about damangela love and sure, we’re happy it’s finally getting attention again, but if you (and that other Damangela editor) didn't post a video on TikTok people would still talk shit about it (and talk shit about the fans)

And honestly, I definitely recognize some of these same editors who used to hate Damangela on twitter now posting edits of it just because the duo gets you a lot of views than other duos.

*sigh* hard truth on how Damangela gets you a lot of views on tiktok—in a more positive way— since Damien and Angela both have huge community and they're both equally beloved by fans so pairing them together can get you views and likes (I don't post them for views but it is nice to see how huge Damangela community actually is, so in my case, posting damangela content is my way of interacting the fans on tiktok, it's just that they're not all into joining the smosh fandom but more on watching smosh instead and liking edits/comps of them)

before i left twt i did notice how suddenly everyone's switching sides and loving damangela? I'm not saying "I'm gatekeeping them" but I'm going to be honest, i have been showering tons of damangela love on twt before leaving so seeing new fans appearing and seeing my duo on their tweets, I'm gonna say that i might've influenced them to love damangela—and letting them know it's okay to love a duo (or someone's influencing them to love this duo but who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️)

i did also notice big editors or big smoshtwt accounts also supporting and loving this duo, so i think I'm gonna guess that the negative smoshtwt accs are quieting down a bit on the hatred but WOULD hint about Damien or the ship on their tweets.

also i did felt a feeling of being shady as well on the sudden new edits of damangela, like are they doing this for views? or are they finally loving this duo? but hey, I can't really spare time to hate but instead I'd appreciate the editors that are willing to spend time and effort to create an edit of them together (always downloading them on my phone tee-hee)

so let's not be negative about the sudden new fans joining in and showering love on our duo, instead let's appreciate it and be happy that our community is growing, you never know, maybe smosh would realize it as well and start pairing them more often 🤷🏻‍♀️🤭
