I regained consciouness of my self as the beast I once became. The beast that entered crawling in me and has felt deserted for so long. Now I found her Starving, thirsty and deranged, powerless and lonely. Still it craves for things I cannot give her right now, but at least I hear her call.
I got tired of ignoring her ciclically, her time is coming and there is no excuse left. I must give her what belonged to her from the very beginning: she wants my dedicaton and my care, my time and my growth. And she shall see my goals fulfilled.
The great misconception of it all was to look for support. Maybe a lie I created to avoid assuming the hardhips of solitude.
I love the Beast. I love myself. And there is nothing higher than being able to hear her growling inside, telling me how great my power is.

Not happy with how things are progressing in my approach to CM. I’m not taking all I could take from it. Should revise the reasons for that.
Nevertheless, I have been sticking to my routines, but didn t feel the need to post them.
I must think why this is taking such an unfullfilling turn. Maybe it is due to the lack of motivation. Just taking profit from primals and conan's, just disappointed. Just not enjoying.

Today's primal wkt has been: Incense and datura: 3 rounds of: -sun salutation -100m bear crawl (this vvere krieg) -20 bear crawl pushups (more krieg) -warrior poses for 30' As the warrior pose did not show my best face, I asked Hck to take a photo of my much more gracious eagle pose.

Today's wkt was: #49 Poisoned Mead: Admitting I modified the last superset because I was about to kill an old lady while doing burpees in the gym. I did leg raises, planks and assisted pull ups. I just can't understand how could I spend so many hours in a gym, as since I started the CM and had to come back today, I felt like a caged animal. This is my 'I-am-not-pleased' face.
