In the 1970’s and 1980’s Princess Anne used a number of glittering combs and pins to accent her hair style. Many of them are set with diamonds or pearls. Unfortunately there’s no information publicly known about them. Due to their style it’s easy to imagine they are antique pieces used in the early 20th century by Queen Alexandra or Queen Mary. ~ British Royal Jewels IG

This matching set includes a necklace and pair of earrings set with diamonds. To my knowledge the one and only time they were worn was in March 2023 for the IFR Awards Dinner, an event she attends annually.

Hi 👋🏽, first I hope you are well, secondly because Charles acquired a lot of jewelry from his grandmother when she died and gave it to Camilla, when they die who will own these things? Will they go to William and Harry or will they be given to Camilla's children? Seeing your post on the Queen's 80th birthday got me thinking. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer.

I think because they’re actually owned by Charles, it will be up to him where they go. It may be that some of them are now the personal property of Camilla and so she will decide instead but I imagine there will be a split. Some pieces probably left to her children, maybe some to her grandchildren or godchildren (if she has any) and some might go to William, Kate or into the Crown’s ownership.

ANZAC 2022

The then Duchess of Cambridge attended the ANZAC service. Jewels from Princess Diana were present - The Collingwood earrings.

These diamond and pearl drop earrings are ultimate classics: absolutely timeless, perfectly versatile, and endlessly useful. The earrings feature a round diamond stud, from which is suspended an additional round diamond and a bell cap set with three more rows of small diamonds. The Duchess also wore a new brooch, suspected to be a piece from Robinson Pelham. A jeweller who also designed the earrings Catherine wore on her wedding day.

His Majesty The King has been graciously pleased to appoint Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales, GCVO, to be Royal Companion of The Order of the Companions of Honour. 

The Companion of Honour (founded 1917) is a special award granted to those who have made a major contribution to the arts, science, medicine, or government lasting over a long period of time. There at 65 members at any one time. The Order of the Companions of Honour was founded by George V to recognise services of national importance. Its motto is, "In action faithful and in honour clear". Catherine is the newest, and youngest, member of the Companions of Honour.
