Is it time for Old Spice to revaluate their advertisement techniques?

Old Spice advertises their brand on social media mostly with video content rather than photo content. Following the social media accounts of Old Spice can literally be like watching a commercial on TV. The videos posted range anywhere from 30 seconds or two minutes. The ads are usually some kind of skit that is humorous and ends with the deodorant brand scaring the day. The videos are quite funny, but you’ll be lucky if you make it to the funny part. The videos are too long for social media ads. Most people scroll through social media in between tasks for a quick break from reality. No one has the time to watch a 2-minute commercial on Instagram or Facebook about deodorant. Commercials can wait for TV. Old Spice could do a better job growing their following by shortening the duration of their video ads. Even just posting more pictures could drastically change the views Old Spice receive as you can already see by their like/ view count on social media.
