(4:04am)
Today is the day you bitches will pay.
I am TIRED of people treating others horribly and getting away with it simply because they have a pretty face. The people who lead others on and then instead of being emotionally mature and just straight up say "hey, I'm interested in someone else right now. And I get you have feelings for me but I can't be what you're looking for"... But end up making you feel stupid for opening up and telling them something heartfelt in hopes of making them feel supported, and then play dumb and tell you all that you said was uncalled for.
Only to turn around and go to social media and tell everyone that people be weird and obsess over you then watch all your stories and follow and unfollow and soft block... But they themselves watch everyone's stories and never fucking react or talk to them. Just constantly watching my shit.
I'm tired of bitches who KNOW they owe me payment And offer a trade and then act stupid and play dumb and then ghost me and avoid opening my messages when I stand on business and am upfront about "so when are you making time for the trade you owe me?"
I'm tired of people who take advantage of me knowing damn well I never did anyone dirty and have always loved my life with integrity and the best intentions for others.
Fuck you fake bitches. Today is the day you BEGIN to pay. Hope karma bites you in the ass and that the ugliness inside your heart starts to deep out into your face. I pray the success you've created for yourself be snatched out from under you because it was built upon the people you used and stepped all over and wasn't stable to begin with. I pray all you fake ass bitches get exposed, that your following and your friends and family finally see the true you. That you aren't the angel or victim you portray yourself to be online. But the most disgusting, wretched, and ugly hearted being on this planet.
May everything you owe to me and to others ... May you spend your whole life paying that energy back, and may you suffer whilst doing so. May everyone's hearts you broke and everyone you put down , and everyone you lied upon, may they receive their retribution and may the equal energy exchange you never gave... May those people you owe be rewarded 50 fold.
Fuck you bitch.
Today I decided for Halloween and the rest of the days of my life, I'm gonna be a fucking menace. Cuz a bitch is tired.
Everyone who ever got away with shit by doing someone dirty and then going to play victim... May you love a life of constant inconvenience. I pray for your downfall and for your karma to come EXPEDITIOUSLY.
Amen

“You Cannot Touch Her” Curse/Binding
This curse is particularly for people who have done harm in the past, and as such already known to be a potential threat. The idea is to keep the person from speaking to or approaching the one you’re trying to protect, and to make them feel watched and judged for their past actions.
You will need the following:
A jar big enough to hold a poppet
Some kind of poppet - I used a wooden one with the offender’s name written on the bottom. A photo could also be used
White out
A black candle
A mixture of black salt & cayenne pepper
A sigil of your own design meaning “You cannot touch [name or pronoun]”
A permanent marker
Light the candle and white out the mouth of your poppet. Roll the poppet in the mixture of black salt and cayenne pepper (black salt tends to stain so keep this in mind). Place it in the jar and seal the lid, leaving the poppet inside under the gaze of dozens of eyes. Write your sigil on the lid. During or after all of this, say the following aloud or think it to yourself (change pronouns accordingly):
You cannot touch her. You cannot speak to her. Think of her and bring this curse upon you. May your tongue catch in your throat if you dare to reach her. May you burn and ache if you come near. May you feel eyes upon your back each time you think her name. They’re watching. I’m watching. May you forever question the gaze of others - Do they know the things you’ve done? I do. I curse you. I bind you. You cannot touch her.
Stash the jar in a dark place, like a closet or a cabinet (I don’t recommend burying jars). Let the candle burn until it extinguishes itself.

Who Was I?
A spread to get a beginning idea of one of your past lives.
(1) The base nature of that past life.
Hint: This is a really good place to use an oracle card instead of a standard tarot card. (I use a card from my Archetypes deck.
(2) The internal nature of that entity, their true self.
(3) The external demeanor of that entity, the one whom everyone else saw.
(4) The “work” that person brought into the world. What was their life’s purpose as regards the greater world? What were they put there to do?

AIR: - Find a windy place. Let the wind sweep away all negativity from you, and take in the excitable, playful energy of the breeze. Especially note how the wind ruffles through your hair - Take deep breaths. with every breath out, exhale negativity; every breath in, feel the way your lungs expand as the fresh air stimulates your life force - Light an incense - Go on a speedboat and enjoy the rush of the wind as you travel over the water - Talk to the wind: it’s a wise listener

Petition Papers in Hoodoo
Tumblr media
Petition Papers in HoodooA petition paper or name-paper is commonly used for attracting, controlling, and influencing a certain situation. They are basically the map of the spellwork and give specfic directions of what you want to happen, basically on what you want the spirits and power you put into the spell work to do.The name-paper is a talisman, having written on it a certain intention of how you want the working to go forward.
Petitions are usually written on a piece of ordinary, brown grocery bag paper. Torn on all four sides to form a square or for those that want a neater square, a scissor will be your best friend. There are several styles of making a name-paper:The name paper is a petition that has the target’s name written an odd number of times(3,7,9,13). The number of times varies upon the intent of the working: 3 is for manifestation, 7 is used quite alot for prosperity and gambling, 9 is used for imposing will on others or gaining control over a situation, and 13 is a number used to uncross a person or yourself.
Crossed names are petitions where two people’s names have been crossed over, the person that wants to gain the upper hand will cross over the name of the target. For example: once writtten the target’s name, the paper is turned 90 degrees clockwise and the the name of the person who wants to gain the upper hand is written. The name would be on top of the target’s, symbolizing dominace and gaining control over the situation. For crossed names, a written petion would usually be going around the names stating a wish such as “Love me”.To push someone away from you or for reversal, writing a name backwards on a petition is used.
It is common to dress the paper once the petition is written, with an oil relating to the goal of your working. For example: To a petition whose purpose is to attract a specific suiter, you would use oils such as “Follow Me Boy” or “Come to Me”.
Some people may also use color symbolizing the purpose of their working, such as red for Love or green for prosperity. The manner in which name-papers are carried out really varies on the style of the practitioner, some may use different colors as stated above or some may prefer to use a pencil.Thank you for taking the time to read, hope you enjoyed!

The 15 Most Powerful Healing Herbs in Your Kitchen
August 3, 2011
The humble herb and spice rack in your kitchen today need not be just a decorative feature, although they look quite pleasing to the eye hanging on the wall, in both modern and old fashioned styled homes. They can in fact hold a plethora of natural healing ingredients that can also add great taste to the foods you eat every day.
Of all the herbs and spices you can choose from for flavor, there are 15 that are more powerful than the rest. Below is the list and you may well be surprised to learn of the many diverse conditions for which they’ve proven so very useful.
1. BASIL - Basil is an herbal carminative, that is, it can relieve gas and soothe stomach upsets. One possible explanation for its calming effect is a compound called eugenol, which has been shown to help ease muscle spasms. Research is still preliminary, but laboratory studies also suggest that compounds found in basil may help disrupt the dangerous chain of events that can lead to the development of cancer.
2. CAYENNE - Cayenne pepper is a hot red powder made from tropical chili peppers. It contains alkaloid capsaicin, which relieves pain by blocking the chemicals that send pain messages to the brain. If you eat cayenne at the first sign of any type of headache, with plenty of water as a chaser, this spicy herb may be an effective alternative treatment. Added to food, cayenne perks up appetite, improves digestion and relieves gas, nausea, and indigestion. The herb also thins phlegm and eases its passage from the lungs, thus helping to prevent and treat coughs, colds and bronchitis.
3. CINNAMON - Cinnamon bark contains an oily chemical called cinnamaldehyde that kills a variety of illness causing bacteria, including the dreaded E.coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus aureas. Research shows that cinnamon is also able to stop the growth of the Asian flu virus. Herbalists report that cinnamon bark also helps regulate the menstrual cycle and checks flooding during menopause. Also cinnamaldehyde has a tranquilizing effect that helps reduce anxiety and stress.
4. CLOVE - Oil of clove is 60 to 90 percent eugenol. A potent pain deadening antimicrobal. Clove has earned the official endorsement of the FDA as an effective stopgap measure for tooth pain. Clove is also among the spices that can help the body use insulin more effectively, thus lowering blood sugar somewhat. In one lab study, clove was also found to speed healing of the dreaded cold sores. On the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scale used by the National Institute on Aging in the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to assess the antioxidant value of foods, clove has the highest ORAC score.
5. DILL - Dill has been used to soothe the digestive tract and treat heartburn, colic and gas for thousands of years. In fact, the word dill comes from the Old Norse word dilla, meaning to lull or soothe. The herb has an antifoaming action that suggests why it might help break up gas bubbles. Like parsley, dill is rich in chlorophyll, which also makes it useful in treating bad breath.
6. FENNEL - Rich in volatile oils, fennel is what’s known as a carminative herb, meaning that it can ease bloating, gas pains, and digestive spasms in the small and large intestines. Fennel can also reduce bad breath and body odor that originates in the intestines. Women who are breastfeeding may find that fennel, which works in a way similar to the body’s hormones, increases milk flow.
7. GARLIC - Intact garlic cloves contain an odorless, sulphur-containing amino acid called alliin. When the garlic is crushed, alliin becomes allicin. Research shows that allicin helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure and also helps prevents blood clots. Garlic can also reduce the risk of developing atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Compounds in this familiar bulb kill many organisms, including bacteria and viruses that cause earaches, flu and colds. Research indicates that garlic is also effective against digestive ailments and diarrhea. What’s more, further studies suggest that this common and familiar herb may help prevent the onset of cancers.
8. GINGER - When it comes to quelling the queasiness of motion sickness, ginger has no equal say herbalists. In fact, researchers have demonstrated that ginger beats dimenhydrate, the main ingredient in motion sickness drugs such as Dramamine, for controlling symptoms of seasickness and motion sickness. Ginger stimulates saliva flow and digestive activity, settles the stomach, relieves vomiting, eases pain from gas and diarrhea, and is effective as an anti-nausea remedy. This aromatic herb also helps lower cholesterol. Herbalists have also found it to be useful as a pain reliever.
9. MINT - Herbalists the world over use mint, as a premier stomach tonic, to counteract nausea and vomiting, promote digestion, calm stomach muscle spasms, relieve flatulence, and ease hiccups. Menthol, the aromatic oil in peppermint, also relaxes the airways and fights bacteria and viruses. Menthol interferes with the sensation from pain receptors, thus it may be useful in reducing headache pain.
Scientific evidence suggests that peppermint can kill many kinds of micro-organisms, and may boost mental alertness. In one study, people who inhaled menthol said they felt as if it relieved their nasal congestion, although it didn’t increase their measurable air flow.
10. OREGANO - Oregano contains at least four compounds that soothe coughs and 19 chemicals with antibacterial action that may help reduce body odor. The ingredients in oregano that soothe coughs may also help un-knot muscles in the digestive tract, making oregano a digestive aid. This familiar spice also contains compounds that can lower blood pressure too.
11. PARSLEY - Diuretic herbs such as parsley prevent problems such as kidney stones and bladder infections and keep our body’s plumbing running smoothly by causing it to produce more urine. They also relieve bloating during menstruation. Also there’s a reason for that parsley on the edge of the diner plate, its not just there for fancy decoration; it’s an effective breath freshener because it contains high levels of chlorophyll.
12. ROSEMARY - Rosemary is one of the richer herbal sources of antioxidants, which have been shown to prevent cataracts, and contains 19 chemicals with antibacterial action that help fight infection. Traditionally used to ease asthma, this common culinary ingredient has volatile oils that can reduce the airway constriction induced by histamine, that chemical culprit of asthma and other allergy symptoms. Herbalists think that rosemary may also help ease breast pain by acting as a natural drying agent to fluid filled cysts.
13. SAGE - The oils found in sage are both antiseptic and antibiotic, so it can help fight infections. Sage is effective for symptoms of menopause, night sweats and hot flashes, because of its estrogenic action and because its tannins can dry up perspiration. There’s also compelling evidence that sage may be of value to people with diabetes for whom the hormone insulin does not work as efficiently as it should. Lab studies indicate that sage may boost insulin’s action.
14. THYME - Thyme contains thymol, which increases blood-flow to the skin. The warmth is comforting, and some herbalists believe that the increased blood-flow speeds healing. An anti-spasmodic. Thyme relaxes respiratory muscles and is endorsed for treating bronchitis by Commission E, the expert panel that judges the safety and effectiveness of herbal medicines for the German government. Aromatherapists say that thyme’s scent is a mood lifter.
15. TURMERIC - Many clinical studies agree that curcumin in turmeric has anti-inflammatory effects, including a significant beneficial effect in relieving rheumatoid arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Curcumin, which gives this spice its familiar yellow pigment, may also lower cholesterol. Turmeric is also packed with antioxidants, including vitamins A, C, and E, which have been shown to prevent cataracts. Turmeric should not be used by people with gallstones or bile obstruction. Though turmeric is often used by pregnant women, it is important to consult with a doctor before doing so as turmeric can be a uterine stimulant.
Passed down to us by our forefathers and countless generations throughout the world, these 15 food additives and enhancers are just a selected few that are currently known to have medicinal and beneficial properties, yet represent the more commonly used. By including these herbs and spices into your daily cooking or diet on a regular basis, you will greatly enhance your quality of life, and reduce the need for those expensive, and often damaging pharmaceutical drugs.

Spell for a new job
I’ve used this once on my brother when he was seriously job searching and he got a job in 2 days. (remember nothing falls in your lap you gotta work on top of spell work)
thing’s you’ll need
- fresh ginger
- small orange taper candle (or any small non-scented orange candle)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- a pinch or 2 of sea salt
- some sort of oil to anoint the candle with I used olive oil
- something to put all this on
OKAY NOW FOR THE ACTUAL SPELL
(if you cast circles before hand do so now, I did for this particular instance just because I felt like I needed all the help I could get)
anoint the candle with your oil and break up your cinnamon stick and use a specifically sharp piece to carve things in like “new job” or “job” or anything you associate with a new job, like coins, or dollar signs.
Place the candle in the middle of whatever you have to put the candle on (I have a specific blessed black plate that I use for all my candles) and sprinkle the sea salt and the broken cinnamon stick in a clockwise circle around the candle, and take 3 slices of the fresh ginger in a triangle around the candle, then take 3 deep breaths to prepare for the spell.
Take a fourth piece of ginger and put it in your mouth, lay it on your tongue. Focus on the heat and imagine that that fire in your mouth is speeding you toward getting a job. Light the candle then say ~
“ I shall get this job and get it quick, earning money without a hitch. This job will keep me safe and sound, this job will soon come around”
While saying this imagine getting a check in your hand, no specific amount just a check from a job. Take the piece of ginger then bury it as close to your front door as possible. This ginger will bring in  job opportunities. If you live in an apartment complex then you can bury it or just place it close to your apartment’s main door way.

The Rain Jar Curse
This curse is based on a science experiment that is used to demonstrate how precipitation occurs by essentially creating a little raincloud in a jar. It is primarily written with the intent of cursing a rapist, assaulter, or abuser, but can be altered for a more general purpose. —————————————————–
What you’ll need: A jar Water (you could use dark moon water or waxing moon water for a little extra oomph) A plate A few handfuls of ice A taglock, poppet, or some other way of representing your target (a name on a piece of paper works fine)
—————————————————–
🔮 Fill your jar up about 1/3 of the way with steaming (not boiling) water. You can heat the water in a pot on your stove, or in the microwave using a microwave-safe container.
🔮 Once you’ve filled your jar with steaming water, quickly drop your taglock into it and place the plate on top of your jar.
🔮 Wait a few seconds to allow the steam to accumulate inside the jar, then slowly start piling ice on top of the plate. (You may want to lay a towel down underneath to catch any melting water.)
🔮 After a few moments, you should see a cloud and raindrops form inside the jar. While you are waiting for this to occur, recite, think, gesture, or convey in whatever way you feel most comfortable the following spell:
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ “I take my anger and bottle it for you Take my tears and sadness too. Let them mix and mingle now As I offer this final vow:
The wrong you’ve done is not ignored So let skies open and outpour A cloud now follows you everywhere As your punishment for pain beyond compare
I take from you what you took from me- Safety, sanity, and security
Apologize to your abused Or let my wrath rain down on you. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Once you feel satisfied with your ritual, the water can be returned to the earth. You may choose to save the taglock or dispose of it in an eco-conscious manner. ________________________________________________________

Why Should you take spiritual baths?
Taking a Magical Bath doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as running to your local drug or beauty supply and buying a product that is appropriately scented or contains an herb or essential oil. The important thing about taking one of these baths, no matter how humble or expensive the ingredients are, is to meditate on your intention while you are sitting in the tub. You can get a little fancier, by making an infusion from flowers, herbs or other elements. Brewing the herbs as you would brew a cup of herbal tea and then pouring the strained infusion into your bath water is the easiest way to make an infusion. You can also put the ingredients in a cheesecloth bag that hangs over the bathtub faucet and have the hot water run through the ingredients. In some cases you can actually buy tea bags and just toss them in the water. I’m a purist so personally I love to throw the entire herb, flower or vegetable in the bath. It makes me feel like I am Cleopatra having a bath in ancient Egypt or like some kind of wicked harlot getting ready for her Roman Soldier. However if you do decide to get really into the food aspect of this make sure you have some kind of strainer on your drain so that stuff doesn’t flow down your pipes. What can I say? Some miracles can be quite “messy”. Here are a couple of “quick fixes” for aspiring witches on the run: ALL PURPOSE AURA CLEANER: Half a cup of sea or Epsom salts plus half a cup of baking soda dumped in the tub is the potion used to purify the aura and clear it of all negative attachments so that you are surrounded by a rainbow of opportunities again. BARLEY WATER BATH: This is for protection and to dispel evil with a capital E. This is definitely the one to do if you are feeling haunted by something that seems unseemly and of supernatural origin. Boil whole barley until it is soft in a pot. Drain and save the water. Pour into the bath. Bad spirits will run like hell. CHAMOMILE: Chamomile not only relaxes you, but you can use it as a magical bath to draw money to you. Many preparations are available commercially but you can also make an infusion out of the buds or even throw the buds directly into the bath. I do not advise this if you are allergic to ragweed. CHOCOLATE CHERRY BATH: Ok this one is completely decadent and is designed to bring more erotic pleasure into your life. First of all you should know that there are commercial chocolate bubble bath preparations out there on the market, but they can be somewhat hard to find in some areas. So what you need to do first, is mix yourself up a little glass of chocolate milk. The milk is good for your skin and the chocolate raises your serotonin levels - the pleasure chemicals in your brain. It also makes the water a very nice loving looking pink. You dump this into the tub as the hot water is pouring into the tub and then you pop nine whole cherries into the bath with you. Then you are supposed to sit there and eat each cherry, while imagining what a good time you are going to have with your lover. The little bobbing cherries are like all your “little ducksâ€ lined up in a row when it comes to your romantic intentions. Rinse off good after this. You’ll need it. FAME AND GLORY BATH: This one is from Lexa Rosean (author of The Supermarket Sorceress series of books). I tried it and I LOVED it. Cut an apple in nine pieces, or alternately throw nine whole shiny apples into the tub. Use green and golden apples if you want your fame to come with some money attached. Then add nine bay leaves. Get in the tub and immerse yourself for exactly nine minutes, and then get out. It is supposed to be a good one for artists and writers. GINGER-LIME BATH: You can buy this commercially (made by Ombra). Which is way easier than grating the ginger, peeling the lime and making a “bath teaâ€ out of it, or you can cut up some ginger and lime and make an infusion of it a pot. The ginger is to relax and focus you and the lime is for self-control, discipline and a clear head. This is a great bath for those who need to get down to business fast. FRUIT BLOSSOM BATHS: Once again these are available commercially which will do, but it is really really nice to take a handful of blossoms from a tree and dump them in your bath. Apple Blossoms, Apricot Blossoms, Cherry Blossoms and Orange Blossoms all correspond to the planet Venus and are ideal for attracting love, fidelity and marriage proposals. HONEYSUCKLE: You can buy this as a bubble bath or once again, just throw the flowers into the tub. Honeysuckle attracts wealth, riches, honours, marriage proposals and treasures. This is one way to draw the bird to the blossom. It also honours Chuparosa - the Divine Hummingbird of Love. HOPS: You can buy hops in a commercially prepared bubble bath (OMBRA) or you can pour half a cup of beer in the bath for spiritual cleansing (and also a peaceful sleep.) David from Psychic Realm suggests combining a half a cup of sea salt, the juice of a lemon and a half of cup of beer for spiritual purification and protection from astral attack. LAVENDER: Lavender corresponds to the planet Mercury and is used to improve communication, attract happiness and achieve piece of mind. It is also a very seductive flower that was used by prostitutes as a magic charm to attract customers many years ago. Many commercial preparations are available, but throwing in a few of the live buds might bring you a wealthy and generous lover. OAT BEAUTY BATH: OK, most of us dont live near a field, but if you gather your own oats and throw the sheaves into the bathtub with you, you are performing a significant act of magical transformation. Oats are very feminine and appeal to the Goddess energies. They soften the skin, make the eyes glow and give you a youthful appearance. You can throw a cup of raw, uncooked oats into the bath if youre in hurry or you can buy a commercial preparation. Aveeno makes a good one. ORANGE AND MINT LEAVES: This is a bath to make yourself more attractive and your skin smell really nice. Take nine mint leaves and nine orange segments and dump them in the bath with you. You don’t have to eat the mint and orange leaves this time (thank God) but you can if you get hungry.) When you get out of the bath, you are not supposed to rinse off, just towel yourself off lightly so that the scent lingers. You could also try mixing an orange bath gel with a mint one. PINEAPPLE: Pineapple juice is used to bring luck, money and wealth, and if you are a savage purist, you can throw nine chunks of the raw stuff right in your bath. However I warn you, that it is pretty messy. Some people prefer to throw in the dried rinds. Just adding a spoonful of the juice or making an infusion from the dried rinds and immersing yourself from head to toe in it for a couple of minutes should make you luckier than a leprechaun. ROSE: Roses correspond to Venus and attract love, luck and protection. There are tons of rose-scented products on the market, including essential oils - though David from Psychic Realm points out that Essential Rose Oil is incredibly expensive and you may want to stick with fragrance oils used in perfumes and baths. If you want to go all out and make yourself a powerful love attracting bath, tint the scented water pink with a touch of food colouring and cast a pinch or two some multicoloured glitter (from a craft store) in there to strengthen your magical intentions. ROSEMARY: Rosemary is a powerful wish granting herb. Ombra makes an excellent commercial bath, but you can make an infusion of this from the spice jar in your cupboard or put a bit of the essential oil in your bath (but make it just one drop - rosemary is strong and can irritate the skin - so I mean it, use one drop!) A bath in rosemary uplifts the spirits and is used to create lust, attract love and improve communication skills. It is also corresponds to the Virgin Mary, so if you are in need of a lucky break, a bath in this may enable you to be shown some mercy. SAFFRON BATH: Saffron was sacred to the Moon and Fertility Goddess, Ashtoreth. Saffron is a very expensive spice and you need to only add a couple of strands to your bath water to turn it a yellow colour. Don’t add too much or you will turn yellow. ill be a jaundiced colour. So either make an infusion from it first or just add one strand. Saffron was used to purify oneself before healing rituals, increase psychic powers and also attract love, happiness, lust, and strength. SAGE BATH: Sage is an herb of wisdom. Make a brew of the herb and pour it into your bath. Some companies (like Ombra and Kniepp) make a sage bath, but you can also just buy the tea bags. This is a good bath to take just before studying for a test or if you are trying to find a solution to a problem.
This WHY I LOVE TAKING THE BATHS ?

Know What You Have Done
Tumblr media
Requested by @glithch
This is neither a curse, nor a hex, as it does not return the pain caused (though it can easily be reformatted to do so), but simply makes the aggressor aware of it. More than that, it is to force them to understand the pain caused. Do not be wary of its simplicity, for its effects are tried and true.
Gather
A large bowl – the darker in color the better **
Water **
(Optional, though highly recommended): a personal affect of your aggressor)
(Optional: a Candle, black or white)
** Alternately, you can replace the bowl and water for a mirror or other scrying surface of your choosing
Instructions
Take with you your items to a dark room. Light the candle (or another dull light source) and pour your water into the bowl. The goal is to arrange it so that you cannot see through the water, but can only see the reflection on its surface.
When you have found the perfect lighting, take the personal affect in your left hand and “find” them in the water. You want to use the affect to attune to their spirit/energy so that you can “see” them. Keep working until you have a definitive link. You will know it when you have it.
Once the link has been made, using your right hand, dip your fingers into the water (hence why the bowl of water is preferred)  – this represents their subconsciousness. Bring forth the incident in which you were wrong and “place alongside” it, your own pain. Not in such a way as to inflict the pain, but to make them aware of your own. If you find it easier, feel free to speak what they have done aloud and the results of their actions. “This is what you have done.”
When you have said your peace and shown them what they need to see, break the link by flicking the water from your fingers onto the surface and releasing the personal affect from your hand. Pour out the water wherever convenient and do with the personal affect whatever you feel is appropriate. There is no need to destroy or get rid of it – in fact, you may wish to hold onto it for any further work.
