It’s been while since I’ve been on here, but I’m back and ready to accomplish and smash all of my body goals! Going to start with a 12 week program, working out 3-4x a week whilst maintaining a healthier diet with more calories. Although the gyms are currently shut due to the second UK national lockdown, thankfully I have a barbell and weights at home, so no excuses this time round!!

Change of plans..
So originally my goal was to increase in size and add muscle, grow the booty and overall leg size etc. However, since being in quarantine I've realised that I have a lot of fat (35% to be exact) that I need to get rid of!
So i’m going back to imrocksolidfitness workout plans and HIIT workouts in order to shed some extra fat 🤦🏿♀️

Breakfast, Lunch + Snack
Just a few of my meals during this quarantine season
Breakfast: (celery juice first thing!) then coffee and oats with chia seeds
Lunch: Mexican Rice with Mackarel and an avocado on the side
Snack: Handful of almonds and a banana :)

Chicken Sausages Hype
Dinner: Chicken sausages, avocado and eggs. After that I had a slice of peanut butter on toast and my protein shake.
Now I truly understand the hype around chicken sausages, 2 sausages= 14g of protein!!

New Hip Thrust PB!
So today I hit a new personal best on hip thrusts…22.5kg!! Woop woop!! I just gotta figure out how to do hip thrusts on a bar rather than using dumbbells

Time to make a change!
So I stumbled across this picture of OhMariaFiit and I was so shocked! 3 years ago she was literally a stick now she’s turned Thickkkkk through her hard work and determination! Time to start taking this gym/ gains life more seriously! Off to the gym I go tomorrow!
