☄️Ana’s Tips #2☄️
I really recommend the ballet beautiful workouts, which you can find on YouTube. Most of them are workouts you can do on the bed. It looks really easy but it’s pretty challenging and results usually come quick if you do it for an hour+ everyday. What I love is that it isn’t bulking you up, it’s making long, lean muscles like a dancer’s 💃🏼 I’m not exactly sure how many calories it burns but for me it’s about 550-ish. Love y'all ❣️ go workout and burn some calories!
