I got over my Limit of 700kcal by 11kcal. I burned 162kcal through walking and did my daily Workout. I accually try to stay under my Limit but i forgot to put my energy drink in my Calories count App so i got over. I will do better tomorrow

☕️ a hot drink (oolong) with some sweets to get me through a loooong editing day on the computer
🎃 roasted veg, grain, and greens bowl. my first walking-into-a-kitchen-that-smells-like-rosemary-and-squash of the season, so i'm happy about it 😌

I gave up on Jinx diet, i couldn't do it. I try another diet right know that's not that hard. I hate myself for not be able to do the diet. My New diet is the 'Alice in Wonderland' diet. Today my Limit was 900kcal. I got over sadly but i lost over 200kcal so its okay i think.
