Or:

I do this every night right before bed.
60 second wall sit
60 second plank on elbows
30 kickbacks (each leg)
30 squats with 10 lb weights
15 biceps curls (with lift above head)
Then I stretch my legs and splits to help flexibility

it’s called a 4x4 and all you have to do is
4 crunches
4 elbowxknee
4 leg lifts
4 bycicle crunches
repeat all 4x
you can increase the intensity by bringing up the numbers, for example: 5x5 6x6 and so on

PSA for anyone trying to lose weight 
Spot reduction does not exist!!!! I see so many people posting about “how to lose weight” in their backs, or arms, thighs, stomachs etc. There is no actual way to reduce fat in those areas through spot reduction. I am graduating in May with a B.S. in exercise science and I can tell you that the best way to lose fat and gain muscle is to exercise larger groups of muscles at a time. The more muscles involved in the exercise, the more fat and calories you will burn. 
Think about it: let’s say you want to “lose weight in your stomach” so you decide to do a million crunches and ab workouts. You will firm up your abs but you will not burn the adipose tissue over those areas just be doing all of those sit ups. If you do some power lifts like cleans, jerks etc. or do exercises like jumping rope which will engage the whole body, you’ll end up burning more calories and fat since you are using more muscle groups.

20 bridges
30 crunches
20 toe touches
and stretched a little bit.
