hey. happy april guys! i hope you had a swell easter and an amazing time in general!

so there have been a lot of changes as of late in my life and i feel like i’m ready to take a new step. 

thisway-imagines will no longer be in action. 

but please wait!!!!

i’m gonna be starting anew at @briochewritings and my new main @softestbreads. (for those who followed my former one, it is now known as snoftbreads!)

briochewritings will be a multifandom blog where i get to write my interests and at my own pace, alongside several requests (where i have a special system set up now) i will be accepting once i’ve set up the blog in general. i’ve grown tired of being known as thisway-imagines and fire emblem doesn’t have its grip on me as it did anymore - i’ve met so many countless wonderful people and while it does pain me to leave like this, i desperately need a new start in my content. thisway-imagines will always be up if you wanna re-read my content ofc, i’m always happy to see that my writing gives you all joy!

i’m going to take my writing more seriously and expand it further than what happened here. i’m so thankful for each of you for supporting me endlessly to what i’ve grown today - and if you want to continue to see my work improve, then please feel free to follow my new writing blog! i’m always eager to talk to my followers about everything and anything for you all have placed me where i am today, and i can’t be more thankful.

Hey! First off, just wanna say I love your blog 💙! Keep up the good work! (I'm hella shy so this is the only way I can show my appreciation ;u;) Secondly, can I get some Reinhardt dating a depressed s/o please?

of course my love <3 and i love you just as much back! i hope you continue to make small steps towards getting there, and i remind you that plenty of people out there love you with their entire hearts!

He’s so gentle with you - his touches are nothing but reassuring. Reinhardt practically radiates warmth - whenever you feel down or you need someone’s presence, the general is always there beside you to give you a warm hug or a firm hold on yourself. He’ll be there for you if you need to hold someone’s hand to make you feel grounded again.

That being said, Reinhardt is also incredibly good with words. He always seems to know what to say best during the times you feel down, or praise you when you feel at your best. He’s also there to give you any advice or help you make any decisions that seem tough for you to make, and promises that he’ll be there for you no matter what.

His voice is also incredibly soothing all the time - sometimes you ask him if he could read a book to you for Reinhardt makes you feel very much at home. And of course, he always complies with a slight tug on his lips - he’ll read to you until you fall asleep, or sometimes keep you up on your toes due to how exciting the book is. Reinhardt always feels very happy when he’s able to help you in little ways like this!

When you feel like you’re unable to fulfill any tasks, Reinhardt is there to help you. He’ll simply help you up and work together with you on small little tasks that you need to accomplish throughout the day - doing the dishes, cleaning up the home you live in, cooking a small meal together - he’s willing to do it all. And if you need ideas, the general is always keen on giving anything he can offer. If you need any pointers, he’s also going to try his best to help you in any way he can!

He’ll also help to keep your life in a more orderly style - Reinhardt will remind you to eat your meals on time, take any medication if you need it, try to organize small little times so that you can do your work, and so on - and he’ll understand if you stray from it sometimes! He celebrates every little victory every time with a little kiss when you’re able to accomplish it, and has a very proud smile on his face.

If you need any time off, he takes you out for a walk outside to breathe in the air and be in a less stressful setting. You two could just walk together without talking, just needing time to grow calmer - and if you want to start a conversation with him to distract yourself, he’s always eager to tell you anything about his travels and journeys. You especially like the goofier stories - it’s always nice to see his smile.

And if there are times where you can’t help but cry, Reinhardt immediately comes to your side - he lets you cry into his cloak and shirt, trying to calm you down through soft and gentle words. He refuses to leave you even when you had stopped crying, wanting to be sure that you’re okay. The general will rub your tears away with little kisses pressed against your cheeks and with his gloved thumbs.

Every morning you wake up, he’ll always plant a kiss on your forehead and say “I love you”, and that goes the same right before you fall asleep at night as well. Reinhardt wants to be sure that his message resonates with you everyday, reminding that you are loved by him all the time.

new update (27/3)

i got the results in the polls but...... ultimately i shall leave thisway as an FE blog only so i don’t get too clogged with characters, but do expect me to create a new imagines blog soon though!! i think ya’ll might have an idea of what it’ll be :3c

my birthday was yesterday and tbh i’m not feeling too hot atm!! exams are draining and i really can’t wait for break to come soon, because i’ll get to interact with you all again and get to write (next update 15th of april wink wink)
