   Well, I figured with how urgently marked the email was, it would do us both a favour if I went over it on my own time first.

     She hardly pays the man any mind, too busy listening to a client on her ear piece. The man prattles but he’s paying her well to keep some focus while the rest of her mind if focused on her phone to finish what calls she cannot make while occupied. 

     But-- suddenly she needs to pay him mind. Her head cants, jawline sharp enough to cut a diamond as her gaze zeroes in on the man in question. This entire conversation is off-- it feel wrong. The very flesh on her bones crawls as Jeri feels compelled to look at him.

     Internally she screams against the want but-- it’s all encompassing. She wants this to be free even if she hasn’t taken a pity case since interning far too many years ago as a step above coffee fetcher.
