Vent piece — Masks
Might write a poem to go with this one; the edgelord in me always resurfaces when I struggle to verbalize my feelings and is like “only if you strip the emotion to vulnerable shreds in poetic prose”
So um
If I do that I’ll probably reblog this post with the poem attached

Well hello hello I have succumbed to that most insidious of nature’s creations: the common cold. Have an unimpressed Whiskers as I battle with the meh-ness of illness.

btw I’ve found these stretches from the WAK blog very helpful when knitting a lot:
Plus make sure to take breaks regularly - and stop if anything starts to hurt!
especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but it’s really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)
