"And pleasant is the fairy land, But, an eerie tale to tell, Ay at the end of seven years We pay a tithe to hell; I am so fair and full of flesh, I’m afraid it be myself"

#The silver phoenix#almost impossible to find a book in that place on your own#or rather#almost impossible to find the book you wanted#unless of course#you are Tidus#who can pluck a volume of Shakespeare from the piles in about the time it takes you to mention it#no one's quite sure how he manages it#but Morwen believes he has the whole store mapped out in his head#and it takes so much energy and thought#it leaves little room for anything else#which is why Tidus always leaves the tea kettle on#or why he never remembers important occassions#his head is too full of books#tidus

Bring back to me those peaceful nights, When you and I stood alone among the trees, And all we hoped and wished and dreamed lay mingled in the moonlight.
Give me back those ancient times when you stood safely at my side, Before the bitter twist of fate had snatched you from my arms. ~C.J.H [x]

#there were many shipyards across the continent#but Morwen's favorite were the docks at Mestipen#not because of their size#because Dion knows they were rather small and often cramped#but because of the welcome she received each time they docked#and of the care the dock hands gave to the halcyon#but also because that was the first time she met a certain dark haired boy#who would soon become her best friend#and then one day her husband#Mestipen#the dockyards#The captain and her Bard

The Chamberlain for “Through the Aether." Just a rough sketch, I’ll make him pretty in Photoshop later. :) I kinda wanted to give him glasses but then I thought… Do the folk need glasses?
