Usually I hate songs suddenly bursting into my earphones on blogs but this one made me hop off the computer chair and jam off
"Oh whoops I should really put a warning on that shouldn't I?" It might be a little late for that but anyway he wasn't really that clever anyway oops. "I'm happy you like it thought! Gotta entertain others, right?"

Kuroyuri rolled over onto his stomach and slid over to the edge of the bed, “I dunno, they were just… Somewhere.” He shrugged, “I don’t remember.” With a yawn he peered over under his bed. Nothing was there, besides his sword. He would probably use that later, for protection… Or just a fight. It would come in handy, it’s just always too big to carry around everywhere.
He lifted his head up, then sat back up on his bed. “I don’t remember much ever since I came here, it’s weird.” He said.
“I don’t even remember why I came here in the first place,” He added, “Do you?”
Somewhere and he didn't even remember? Jaden was starting to get a bit of a headache, and his head started to throb from all of this. It was bad enough that the other had lost his parents, and now he couldn't even remember?
"That's weird.." Jaden agreed, but it was really nothing new to him because the boy could hardly even remember what he did an hour ago, let alone what he did yesterday.
And while all of this was a little strange, Jaden had remembered why he came here even if the other didn't.
"Yeah I remember," he sighed, clutching a chunk of his hair into his hands. "I was tired from travelling, and I just needed some place to stay the night so I ended up here.." Jaden trailed off now looking at the boy once more. "How long have you been stuck here for?"

“Tch, whatever! You most definitely did-!” Alice huffed angrily and turned away from him, fuming. How disrespectful could one human be? Of course, he wasn’t as bad as Raven, she’d give him that - but it wasn’t saying much, after all.
With a small sigh, she turned back around and gave him a surprisingly level look. He wanted to know who she was, did he?

“Most people call me the Bloodstained Black Rabbit,” she said, her voice almost casual. “Or just the B-Rabbit.” She wanted to smirk, but that would ruin her casual air; Alice wanted to see his reaction. Most people were scared once they found out who she was, after all.
“And yes it is, it looks like…some furry thing sat on your head,” she scoffed, hearing his comment about his hair.
"If you say so." he muttered under his breath, letting his shoulders drop to the side.
And Jaden casually shrugged while rolling his eyes, watching as he turned away from him; the boy let out a low whistle, just as she turned back giving him a look that he'd never even seen from another before.
As he listened, his eyes glanced over to her and the red and white clothes that she was wearing; maybe thinking that had something to do with her "Bloodstained Black Rabbit" name, but still what was Jaden to call her? B-Rabbit would be strange to him but he might as well call her that, but her tone of voice was almost casual it still made the boy wonder who she actually was.

Jaden let out a low smirk, his eyes darting down for a second before looking back up on the 'B-Rabbit' and now he thought about it, she did resemble a rabbit; or at least her hair did.
"B-Rabbit, huh?" he tapped a finger on the bottom of his chin in thought. "Don't you have a normal name?" Jaden half-teased, but he was still willing to call the B-Rabbit whatever she wanted to be called and he couldn't stop at a pass like that.
The pass on his hair again made the boy let out a loud sigh, yeah his hair did look like a Kuriboh but Jaden liked it.
"A furry thing sat on my head? You are one to talk!" He retorted, with a laugh.

Ryoma followed him silently. His arms were stretched behind his head as in went into the room. He was being pretty casual about all of this. He was interested, of course, but he was too tired to care. All he wanted was to drink some Ponta and take a nap. Was that too much to ask for?
Apparently, it was. Ryoma found the light switch. He turned it on. The light revealed the room to be not a kitchen or dining room, but a dusty library. It wasn’t extravagant or anything. The room was about the size of a closet filled with old dusty books.
Ryoma sneezed. Too dusty.
“Che, just a library.”
Even though he said that, Ryoma honestly liked libraries. They were quiet places, giving him a chance to nap. This one was just small and dusty. Still, he flipped through the books that were there. He found one on tennis. He skimmed through it and put it down after another book caught his eyes.
It was a story about the hotel itself. Why would someone write a story about this place? It was interesting, but that…it just didn’t make sense to him.
“Hey, this book. It’s about this place. Maybe if we read it, it’ll give us a clue on how to get out.”
He motioned Jaden to come stand next to him and read it.
Jaden let out a loud sneeze that echoed throughout the hall, and desk they were standing in front of. Like the other, the brunette just wanted to eat and sleep; those were two things that he was good at anyway.
As Ryoma turned on the light switch, Jaden was disappointed in not seeing the dining hall but a library. Yeah he wanted to stay away from any kind of reading, but somehow they'd be brought here. There were a dozen books piled up on the shelves and Jaden started to breathe in the dust; just as the other sneezed. The dust started to tickle the duelists nose, which started to make him feel uncomfortable.
"I'm not really a reading guy.." he muttered, turning his head to the side. In fact he was far from that and not even wanting to see what any of the books were about, Jaden kept by the door and waited patiently until..

“Hey, this book. It’s about this place. Maybe if we read it, it’ll give us a clue on how to get out.”
Getting out was something that the boy wanted, but if he had to read it; well that was another story.
"Like I said I'm not really a reading guy but I guess if it has something to do with this place I might as well give it a shot." Jaden nodded his head, and walked over to where Ryoma was standing.
"Do you think it'll help us?"
#madamada-dane#Aha yes! I've been on and off for the past few days because I've been busy but I think that should clear up this week#Oh I didn't even notice!

He shook his head. This room was obviously empty. Minus the furniture. The layout of the room was simple. There was a small twin size bed, perfect size for the young boy, and a night stand right next to the bed as well. The room did have a little area for a few kitchen appliances, and a bathroom, but everything looked kind of shabby.
“Hmm…” He walked through the room, scanning it carefully then he flopped onto his bed when he was closer to it, “No one’s here.” He said with a big yawn. He curled up on the bed, he was getting tired.
No one was here but the two, and the layout was similar to Jaden's room but his bed was a bit bigger; and it seemed to be a little bit colder in here.
Jaden's brown eyes turned towards the other once he'd spoken of no one being here, well that was obvious; just as the boy curled up on the bed.
"Well was this the last place you saw your parents?" his eyes were starting to get tired, but he wanted to keep them open until this was over.

Alice squinted at the boy, not if he was a threat or not; why was he smiling that way? Was he trying to trick her? Well, it wasn’t going to work! She glared at him distrustfully.
“And how is that your business, exactly? Why would you walk up behind me like that?!” She was admittedly probably overreacting; the fear from seeing that…whatever it had been was still fresh, and she was getting angry now. What was going on?

“Who are you, anyway? Your hair is weird.”
Well she was no ray of sunshine that was for sure, and if Jaden was made out of glass he'd probably be shattered from her glare. It was intense but he could just shrug it off like nothing.
"I didn't?" his voice went up one octave higher than usual as he answered her. "You were the one who came out of that door! And besides my room is on this floor, so I don't see what the big deal is!"
It was a bit amusing to the boy as she seemed to just overreact over the stupidest thing, and it wasn't as though Jaden was scary or anything so he would humour her for now.

"I'm Jaden Yuki, and who are you?" Yet another person who thought his hair was weird, but he just shrugged that off; muttering something about his hair not being weird.

“Oh man this is awesome! Another duelist!” Yuma jumped up and down in excitement. He couldn’t believe it, something familiar, that made sense was finally in front of him! “We should totally duel, it’d be so much fun!” he blurted out, swept up in the moment.
But this kid looked kind of familiar. He recalled the History of Dueling book he’d managed to sneak into the house as a kid mentioning the legendary duelist with orange-brown hair who used an elemental hero deck, circling the globe to right wrongs and spread the love of dueling to the world.
But there was no way! That was hundreds of years ago. This kid was probably just a really big fan. Judging by the ancient disk he had (Yuma thought that the ones left of that style were all in museums) a really big fan. “I’m Yuma, and one day I’m gonna be the duel champion!” he held out his hand in greeting, smiling widely.
"Another duelist?" Jaden's eyes widened once more, as he watched the boy jump up and down in excitement. It made the kuriboh-haired male so happy to see someone else who was so excited about dueling, and it reminded Jaden of himself all those years ago back when he was totally in-tune with it. "Yeah sure, I'd love to duel you soon!" he added out of excitement himself, it had been a while since he last dueled but the boy was always happy to duel with anyone who asked.
And Jaden not realising how many years had past, still thought he was in his own time well he'd met Yusei from the future a year or so ago and thought that was weird. Dueling on motorcycles? Yeah that was weird. But this boy seemed so different from that, and Jaden tried to rack his brain to think if he'd seen anything like it before. He finally came to the conclusion that he didn't, but it was still pretty cool meeting another duelist here at the hotel.
The boy's voice took Jaden out of his thoughts, and he turned towards him again with a big smile on his face, now hearing that one day he wanted to become the duel champion.
"Yuma, it's nice to meet you, and I'm Jaden Yuki; one day I want to become the next King of Games but I still have a long way to go."
So they had similar goals? That was good, and it made Jaden very happy to meet someone so similar to him. At least someone here was as hyperactive as the older was.

connected-by-our-shadows:
Gilbert wasn’t used to this accepting- even admiring kind of attitude coming from a stranger. While growing up, the people he usually interacted with were big names in aristocracy or criminals, so there was never room for friendliness. So far, Jaden’s attitude was something he couldn’t help but to ignore and…well, not frown at.
When Jaden’s tone started picking up in seriousness as he described the situation from his point of view, Gilbert could only press his lips in worry, trying hard to think of something logical.
…Although he knew that was something pointless, seeing that things such as ‘Magic’, people turning into huge rabbits or cats, bloody situations, confusing riddles and time-travels were posible from where he came from, nothing could be set aside as to the reason of all these diferent people and creatures being all together.
“Alright, I understand. You also have no way out, so I can assume no one in here does…” He finally says, and looking rather seriously at Jaden, he asks,
“I know it sounds out of the blue, but can you tell me about the place you’re from?”
Gilbert’s no Sherlock, but if helping around with the ‘dirty’ work back at home thought him something, it was that one can never have enough information on their cases.
Well mostly the only people who ever liked Jaden for who he was, was those from Duel Academy and for him it just came naturally to be so friendly to other people even if he didn't know them from a bar of soap. Being here the boy realised that others didn't like that much, but he was persistent and determined to make friends with everyone here that he didn't mind.
Hearing Raven speak once more, the duelist shook his head and let out a light chuckle. Jaden was used to seeing weird things, seeing as his soul had been fused with a duel monster but disappearing doors? Maybe that was a little bit weird for his liking.
"Nope, and I don't really think there is a way out.." at the older male's serious tone, he let out a sigh wishing to be more helpful but this was something that couldn't be explained; unless he found the hotel attendant or manager again.
And now Raven wanted to hear about the place where Jaden was from? Well he cleared his throat and took a deep breath.
"Well my home? I don't really have one, but before coming here I went to a school called Duel Academy; and I wanted to become the next King of Games, uh you kind of fight with monsters on a Duel disk like the one I have in my bag but I can show you that later.." Jaden didn't really know how to describe it, so maybe he'd just have to show it? Descriptions was something the boy was terrible at anyway. "It was a pretty cool school, and school isn't really my thing and there was a bunch of these shadow guys wanting to take people's souls but other than that it was kinda normal." he gave a shrug, waving it off like nothing now. "But I left before graduation so I could go on my own journey, and then I ended up here."
This boy was terrible at describing things, and half of it probably didn't make sense but in his mind it did.
"What about you? Could you tell me any weird experiences you've been through?" Weird was his speciality after all.

notastupidrabbit:
Alice slammed the door to her room behind her, heedless of other guests, stalking out into the hallway with angry steps. The anger was just as real as the slight fear; she was completely alone, wasn’t she? What was this place? Where had that man gone, and why had she been placed at the end of a dinky hallway?
“Ow!” Alice snorted when she stubbed her toe, though she wasn’t sure what she had stubbed it on, the stupid lights were all out, but she looked down and -

“What the hell is that?!” she shrieked, jumping back quickly; on the floor was some writhing black thing, and a thing was all she could think to call it, because she had never seen one before in her admittedly faulty memory. Almost shaking, she ran down the hallway quickly, watching her steps now; without that stupid Oz and his dumb Raven around, she was powerless!
The Chain nearly fell down the stairs in her rush to get away, but when she finally opened the door to the level below her she found herself surrounded by people, rather than ugly black masses hard enough to hurt herself on. She nearly breathed a sigh of relief until she heard someone walk up behind her; quickly, she grew tense again, turning to find yet another unfamiliar face-
Jaden had got pretty used to being here at the hotel, even if he was only supposed to be here for a day or so. Extending his stay couldn't be all that bad, could it? And so many new faces had arrived here, and the boy couldn't wait to make friends with them all.
But not knowing where his hotel room was that was a pain in the behind that Jaden was learning to deal with. It happened twice since he arrived, the door somehow vanished; or moved? He still wasn't sure but there was something weird, like an extraterrestrial being about this place.
"..Huh?" his brown head turned, hearing the door open coming to see a girl, who seemed quite mad at something come through it.

Jaden found it quite easy to speak with others, so he casually walked over to her and gave the girl who seemed to resemble a rabbit a wide grin.
"Hey! Is something up?" he so casually asked.

Ryoma smirked. He didn’t like this place at first, but things vanishing? This was getting interesting. He couldn’t help but feel the excitement well up inside him. He examined the wall more closely. The door was here. Where could it have gone?
He glanced over at the front desk. He checked behind it to see if there was something there that would make the door appear. No such luck. There was nothing. Ryoma turned around. There was a bookcase hidden by the shadows behind the front desk.
“Heeh.”
He smirked once more. Ryoma scanned the bookshelf. He eyes quickly spotted something. It was a book, but it didn’t look like it belonged there. Going with his instincts, he took it out. To his surprise, the door appeared.
“Heeh, looks like I found it. Come on. Lead the way,” he said to Jaden.
The duelist cleared his throat, still scanning the area around. Something was amiss, and this wasn't the first time he'd noticed a door or something similar go missing. Yeah something was going on in this hotel, and Jaden couldn't even start to think how all of this happened. It would possibly make his brain hurt.
His brown eyes scanned the place where Ryoma was also searching and Jaden started muttering things to himself, confused as hell as the other reached forward for a book that looked out of place, and a door appeared. Okay yeah this was very creepy.
"What is going on.." Jaden mumbled under his breath, while nodding his head quickly at Ryoma. "Alright, I'm going in." he added, sighing loudly and squinting to try and figure out where this was going to lead. Hopefully to what the two were after.

thefraud-:
Hey?
Humans were horribly disrespectful in their methods of greeting — something that happened to bother her down to the very roots of her artificial joints. Though she was a wonderfully crafted doll, given the beauty of something like life by her creator and one true love - her father, she could never understand how one could be so rude and casual when greeting somebody they had just met.
Even those filthy maidens that stooge Rozen created had some disrespectful habits, only fueling her belief that she alone was the most wonderfully crafted doll to ever be created, the perfect little girl who would surely, without a doubt, become Alice. Alice who could greet people with a calm face — so perfect.
Such words couldn’t even be repeated by her lips, so without a second thought, the fraud of the maidens turned away — an array of silver locks following her movements, single yellow eye shifting away from the young male’s frame.

She’ll just keep giving him the silent treatement.
Did he say something wrong? She continued to give him the silent treatment and Jaden was starting to become nervous. He didn't really expect everyone to understand his lingo but hey at least he was trying to start a conversation here.
She was now shifting his eyes away from the boy, and maybe he'd be so casual with his greetings but that's just how he greeted everyone he met.
Maybe since he started travelling things had changed but being as friendly and happy as this boy was it was hard for him to change how he saw others. Everyone to him, even if he didn't know them; would be his friend even if they didn't want to be.

His eyes shifted, and the duelist cleared his throat loudly.
"Did I do something wrong?" he asked so casually.

“Hey, you there, wait up! Is that a duel disk? Are you a duelist too?”
Whoa this kid knew of duel disks? Jaden was getting pretty excited. He stopped, and turned around to see the boy with two-different toned hair and nodded.
"Oh hey!" quickly nodding his head, he grinned wide. "Yeah it is a duel disk, and of course I'm a duelist! You seem to know a ton about it, are you also a duelist?"

Finally, and hopefully someone was here that could understand his re-found love for dueling.

madamada-dane:
Jaden was leading home around. Ryoma didn’t mind it much. It gave him a chance to check the place out. The hotel was nice, actually. But it had this eerie feeling to it. It seemed…antique.
They were back at the front desk again. Jaden stopped and turned towards Ryoma. He raised an eyebrow. Something was up. Wait, what? The doors vanish? Now he was extremely intrigued.
“Eh, vanish you say? Hnn, how strange.”
Ryoma walked up to a wall and ran a hand up and down it. He was checking to see if any doors would appear.
“Where was the dining room door the last time you saw it?”
He gritted his teeth together, just knowing it was around here and didn't want to Ryoma to get annoyed about being led around the place, and in circles which seemed to be happening right now.
Jaden whistled to keep himself calm, while facing his new would-be-friend seeing his eyebrow raise as the Kuriboh-haired male told him about the doors.
"..Yeah I don't really know how to explain it but that's exactly what's happened.." he kept his head ducked low, and his brown eyes searched once more. Nothing.. just what was going on?
"Uh, it was just here! Right by the front desk.." he gulped, turning towards the male. How could things just vanish into thin air like this?

soul-of-silver started following you
"What a puffy hat," he thought to himself as yet another girl seemed to arrive at this creepy hotel. "It kinda reminds me of a mushroom."

Jaden laughed a little, and walked up to her with a smile on his face.
"Hey!" he finally greeted, looking at the girl with pigtails. "What's up?"
The duelist would greet everyone like this, very casually and like nothing was wrong but that's just who he was.
