1. What’s your favourite way of travelling? (train, car, plane, camelback…)

I find planes a most efficient way of travelling, and I haven’t had much experience of going long distances by car, but I liked it, too, so I’d be open to explore that option. Trains are a little too usual a means of travelling for me to like or dislike. So long as fellow passengers aren’t annoying, loud, snoring, drunk or all of the above, trains are fine.

2. In our age of reboots and sequels, what in your eyes is a movie/series that was way better than its successors/remakes?

As a rule, sequels are inferior to first installments when it comes to movies. I’m fairly certain Tom Cruise’s The Mummy is going to be a very-very sad remake, though.

3. What kind of small tick in people drives you up the walls?

Cracking knuckles/joints deliberately. 

4. Would you try bungee jumping if the opportunity presented itself?

Whyever not :)

5. What’s the dumbest/most ridiculous question someone’s ever asked you?

Considering how low an opinion I hold on the average level of human intelligence, this is a tough one. “Where is Russia?” I think takes the cake though.

6. Have you ever considered to or actually dyed your hair? If so, what colour?

Multiple times, actually. First thing I did were blonde highlights (from the roots, god) which were super popular then (my 7th-8th grade), and, predictably, the first attempt yielded a straw yellow color instead of a nice blonde, but hey. Then I decided I wanted my natural color back, so whatever was left of highlights got dyed with a color shampoo instead of your normal hair dye because bleached blonde can be tricky. The color was “chocolate”, but it tends to lose its intensity with every hair wash, so most of the time I was pretty much a redhead. For a while I had my natural color, then in my final high school year I went and dyed the entirety of my hair a reddish brown, which was nice until I wanted my natural color back again and decided to grow it out and – you got it, once the color started losing its intensity I was a redhead again. A couple of years ago I dyed some strands (middle-to-tips) a lighter brown, which sort of looks like ombre but is in fact not. There, my entire history no one wanted to know.

7. You’re now the the protagonist of the last movie/series you watched switching with that of the second-to-last-thing. How screwed are you?

A clone from Orphan Black to Captain America...? I guess a little less screwed overall XD

8. What’s the last song to get stuck in your head on repeat?

Funnily enough, ESC 2016 left me with an implausible amount of love for No Degree of Separation. Probably the first time I actually looked up lyrics in Italian XD

9. In how many (and which) languages can you count to DOUZE POINTS MAIS PAS POUR L’ALLEMAGNE ten? 

Russian, Ukrainian, English, Urdu (by extension, Hindi, since numbers are the same), Pashto if I revise XD I could count about half to ten in Japanese and German.

10. Is there a book/movie/series you now like but where you first majorly put off by the title?

I’d like to request help from the audience for this one, because I really can’t recall... Well, I distrusted The Secret History, because it sure sounded like something incredibly cheesy, but it turned out to be not that at all. 

11. Where would you rather go right now - a vacation in a fancy metropolis or at the beach?

If those are my only two choices, then metropolis.
