HIATUS. Due to an upcoming trip, I’ll be going on hiatus starting the 15th and ending on the 25th of April. I’m guessing my internet access will be limited, hence this decision. I might check in occasionally on Skype if I’m able to, but well. Foreign country > no clue. V excited though. Got this post queued, so excuses in advance if you see this all too often.

My bones you could care less about.” Adjusting the boxes slightly, she took a tentative step forward; trying and failing to see around the stack in her arms, she stopped again. “Well, lead the way. Intellectual fireworks – table pounding, wild gesticulation, eyes lighting up, and really, really fast talking.

It might even be hard to tell they aren’t both ENTPs.  ENTPs are great at bringing an INTP to life, plugging into what excites the INTP and basically speaking the INTP’s language.  (Plus, the INTP’s chameleon-like tendencies are well-known, and the most fun thing to pretend to be is the livelier, more outgoing version of yourself.)  ENTPs are, in fact, only slightly more social than INTPs. Both can be induced to talk at length about favorite subjects.

Ti, the dominant function of INTPs, is mainly responsible for analysis. Thus, given several ideas, Ti will indicate which ideas are false, which are poorly defined, and which are most efficient or elegant.

Ne, the dominant function of ENTPs, is mainly responsible for generating possibilities. Thus, it generates ideas, usually by combining from different contexts in a process known as “transcontextual thinking” where ideas that are normally separate are combined together in novel ways.

Now, coming to their mutual problem, it is easy to see that INTPs and ENTPs work well together. All things being equal, the INTP, with their dominant Ti, can analyze the ENTPs ideas at more or less the rate at which they are produced. To get along, there must be a sense of mutual respect, i.e. the ENTP must respect the INTP’s analysis and the INTP must respect the ENTP’s creativity. This can only be achieved with lengthy collaboration and is not likely to be effective in chance encounters.

What other blogs do u run?

My only other active blog is @lanzadxr. ‘Active’ is already a bit of a stretch, since I’m not online on that one all that often, and it’s on hiatus as well. I’ve also got a lot of inactive, half-assed blogs (case in point: @nemurii). There are a lot of characters I’d like to roleplay, but I rarely manage to set up a blog and actually stay active, oops. @vardhate wasn’t that half-assed and used to be active about a year ago (I think, it might’ve been longer ago), but my Mito muse is kind of non-existent at the moment, so that one’s also on hiatus. Oh, and there’s a bunch of inactive group roleplay blogs, mostly in the Harry Potter fandom. I don’t have many developed indie blogs. B)
