Damaged second hand Sylvanian baby (he had no flocking I'm his arms or legs, and damage to his ears)

Besides from the glue and paint pens everything else is second hand.

I think I preferred it without the detail!

Altered Barbie baby dress (???)

Beads and skewers (candles), paper and pompom (party hat), super glue, elastic thread.

Second hand miniature winged backpack (mlp I think)

Cardboard, paper tape, origami paper, thread, super glue, misc white fabric and yarn.

Everything except the paper tape and super glue is second hand from vinted, I like to challenge myself to use almost exclusively second hand or damaged items!

Sylvanian family care bear babies custom! Cheer bear, good luck bear and swift heart bunny.

I don't think these bears are real Sylvanian families as their arms do not move but I got them in an old damaged bundle of Sylvanians and wanted to give them a new life!

I used second hand beads, a wooden butter fly blank and some images from a Sylvanian family leaflet to make this.

I like how this turned out!

Custom Sylvanian family!

I buy damaged Sylvanian families and have been slowly learning how to customise them.

This one uses acrylic on the scratched off belly and muzzle, and uses posca pens everywhere else.

A day in the Treehouse family home:

Hunson Treehouse (aka dad) is looking after babies Neddy (in pink) and Billy (in blue). Billy would usually be at nursery with his sister Cosmo but woke up feeling under the weather so is taking the day off!

Billy's sister Neddy is autistic and follows a different nursery schedule, she goes in twice a week and gets one on one classes with Bonnie Thyme (the head teacher). She likes to parallel play with some of the other children at the nursery during playtime. Neddy will always be found her Llama (named crafty) and her push cart (named car).

Their mum, Elise Treehouse, teaches music at their nursery so is nearby if her children need any support.

Hunson Treehouse also teaches English at the nursery (as well as to the primary and secondary school children).

*Mum (Raini) and Cinnamon comforting Tiffany who is nervous about his first day at the new school.*

Raini and Tiffany moved into town recently and at the same time Cinnamon was in need of a home, so, he was welcomed as part of the Cottage Family!

Cinnamon got himself all dressed up and excited for his new classmates to see his costume. Tiffany isn't so excited because he still misses his old school and is nervous to meet so many people, but feels a little better knowing Cinnamon is going to be there with him.

Raini will be around too, as she is the new cleaner at the school.

He is doing the 'introduction to plumbing' course at college. He wants to be a plumber like his dad was!

💖 non Sylvanian Family related 💖

I never really cared about other people judging my interests, I've never really hidden the hobbies I have or the shows I like. I don't mind if someone thinks it's odd, cringe or embarrassing.

What I struggle to deal with are the people that cannot fathom gaining pure enjoyment from something outside the norm, so they believe the only conceivable reason for the enjoyment must be sinister.

Different doesn't mean bad and dangerous, it just means different.
