c8 - dancing in a snowglobe

my intent was to post this a lot sooner but i’ve had a lot of life going on recently so this slipped through the cracks… so without further ado the final date (featuring sirina's necklace!!!)…

thank you to miss anya (@raphael-schreave, @thesparklingjewel) for all the time and effort you've put into oc8 but also your thoughtfulness. i’ve loved getting to see raffy grow and change over this oc and the layers to everything. each unexpected and serendipitous turn of raffy and meredith's and the slow burn love story has had me !!! and i doubt i'll be over that any time soon❤️. (seriously the 115k to kiss still has me screaming)

thank you to miss chris (@archibald-schreave, @illeaslockedbluebox) not only for the countless hours but as well for your unending support. having the chance to see the friendship between archie and meredith grow truly has been a highlight of oc8 for me and i look forward to them becoming family (as well as him possibly learning how to not sneak up on her as much😉).

last but not least thank you thank you thank you to bertha (@prince-consort-erik) for your numerous reprisals of megan and for the last year and a half of bouncing ideas back and forth about meredith. it's been a time and a half🤡.

and thank you to everyone else i rped with over the course of oc8 (@rheajames, @alassie-marniq, @ramona-lisa). i know it wasn’t everyone people but i appreciated each rp and how different and unique each of your characters were!

over the last month or so I’ve gotten to watch raffy and meredith go from being more than friends to boyfriend and girlfriend and had the chance to see the absolute certainty between them, which has made me🥺😩. it’s hard to really describe them beyond as their slow and steadies, ready freddies, gummy bears, red, counting days, pillow forts, corgi puzzles, kisses on carousels, dad jokes, sundays, long-distance calls, paper rings… and someday… sleepless nights, family days at the beach, letters for later, matching outfits, carmel… and much more to be determined… and of course there’ll be less great days… some lost organs and limbs along the way but it'll be a life very well lived and loved.

i decided to forgo my usual naming convention with anagrams and picked a line from one of the songs on their playlist that has always felt very merrfy to me🥲
