Yet another incomplete thing... This was because my cousins wanted to see me sketch and lineart so I did that, then they got impatient and wanted to doodle on the drawing tablet before I could finish. Though if you don’t squint too hard, it looks okay. Maybe.
Also, they knocked over this flowerpot twice and water almost spilled on my laptop and tablet. They also knocked over a drink. I wanted to tell them to go away but children seem to like me even though I don’t like them so I was stuck on babysitting duty for the entire four days of the wake.

This was done in like 15 minutes (and is technically incomplete, I mean look at the shit curtains) because after this point my cousins snatched my drawing tablet to doodle and I couldn’t say no :/ then when I wanted to go back to drawing this particular scene, they started putting everything away. D:
Honestly, I’m quite proud of the color layer on its own but when you combine it with the lineart it looks like utter shit and I hate it.

Hnng finally completed the shit lineart for Shiori’s concept art. Now to figure out how to color... I think I’m just gonna color some simple shapes until I get the hang of things before working on coloring this.

I am going to reply from here because I don’t want furry Komaeda on my blog. Sorry.
The bucket tool hates me, there’s always one pixel that makes the entire background flood. I tried to color her hair with the bucket tool after painstakingly making sure there are no gaps but she still looks like bad sonic OC art. I think it’s just a matter of practice tbh, also the fact that I got this tablet literally like two? three? days ago and am still fumbling with the controls :/ but thanks for your advice! I’ll try your method to color something simple, like a sphere and see how it works for me!

This was supposed to be Shiori (from my fic poem weaver) with her hair not in braids but I was probably drunk and gave her red eyes instead of purple eyes. I will... edit that. Also I will give her skin shading. Actually no I should just change the skin color completely. You know what, I’ll just erase the color layer and start again.

This was done in Clip Studio Paint Pro (I have a Wacom Intuos Comic so it came bundled). It was just a five minute shitpost to get used to the controls. I spent like 5 hours before this trying to figure out all the shortcuts before I realized you had to map them yourself. >:(
