     🐲𝒯𝓌ℯℯ𝓀;;– It wasn’t uncommon to see Torquil-better known as Tweek by his human peers-Either taking the dragon form he usually liked to use when traveling out of the town for long distances, or to start dancing when he was a good couple feet away from the gates. The latter was true as he waited to get out of the gates a good way before practicing some of his twirling and other motions. Well, he had been until he slammed into someone and barely caught himself from falling in the river.

     ‘ Gods! These woods are supposed to be empty around this time. ‘ He rolled his head to try and make sure nothing was out of place before approaching the stranger. ‘ I apologize, I haven’t been all that good at paying attention to my surroundings. Are uhh… Are you okay? ‘

Every day, I had sworn that I wouldn’t try looking to keep her safe, but I couldn’t help it. Before I knew it, I found walking through the woods, I found myself missing her. 

It wasn’t long until I heard noise. Maybe it was just an animal or someone walking through: A bandit or a fellow passerby. Curiosity got the best of me, I began to walk towards the source of the noise. All of my common sense told me to just keep going where I was going, but my gut feeling shunned them immediately.

That’s when I saw him. Tweek, one of the other warriors of Kupa Keep. We hadn’t talked much, didn’t really have much more reason to talk than I did with any other member. Out of politeness, I walked over to greet him.. until I was greeted with something a lot less polite.

❝ MMPH. ❞ Pain struck at me as I bit down, surprised by.. whatever that had just happened. I uncovered my mouth to speak quietly, slurred, “Yeah, I’m thine.. I wath juss taking a long walk to clear my thoughtss. Ah, er.. what were you doing out here? ❞

The day was finally over, I was both relieved and disappointed at the same time.

Even if I had only spent a small amount of time here, I found myself becoming attached to the kids here. Most of them were sweet, kind, or at least tolerable. I didn’t know if I’d like it here, there were so many things that could go wrong, they still could go wrong, but I was proven wrong. With enough time, I think I could come to even love it here. 

I found myself turning my attention to Bradley, the guy I was working with. We both volunteered here, you see. They were in need for helpers at Sunday school and we happened to be paired together to help the kids here.

At first, I didn’t know how to feel about him, but he didn’t seem like the worst guy to be around. Once more of the kids had found their parents, I walked over to him. If we were going to be working together, I thought it’d be better if we got to know each other a little.

❝ Hey, do you have some time after this? I was wondering if we could.. I don’t know, hang out, or something like that. I was thinking it’d be fun to get to know the person I’m going to be working with from now on. ❞

This was it.

For days, months, years even, I was scared to come here. There’s been a lot of news around South Park, the dangers and the kinds of people, I experienced it first hand the first time I was around them. And over the years, somehow I found myself missing it.

Now, I was attending high school in this crazy town. And, how did I spend my first few moments in this new place? My supplements weren’t working, I swore as loud as thunder when I walked in the doors. I saw people stare in my direction, my heart felt like it dropped and I ran as fast as I could through the halls to get to class despite not knowing where.

I ran for a short distance with my head down and bumped into someone. After I fell down, I scrambled to my knees and looked to see someone dressed in a purple jacket and a pink beret. My throat felt like it was closing up, I felt like the world was about to end right here and now.

❝ I’m.. I’m so sorry! SHIT. Did I hurt you? ❞

This means I am going to have it from the perspective of Thomas and his thoughts more specifically in a bit more drawn out sense. I’m not particularly used to or good at this formatting, so bare with me. If you don’t want me to use this formatting during our threads, that is fine by me and you can tell me if it makes you uncomfortable.

Brave?

That was a first. I didn’t know how to respond to that. Weird, crazy, insane, those are the things of things people have said to me, but brave? Nobody had ever called me that seriously, no one other than my mom or those adults who think saying you’re brave just by living with it actually makes you feel better.

It wasn’t like I did anything brave, either. It was my fault, forgetting to take my supplements: I let out one of my stupid tics. I freaked out when I realized I said that out loud, this was a Sunday school and here I was, swearing like some kid who thought it was funny.

Luckily, the kids didn’t seem to hear, but imagine: How embarrassing is it to let out a tic in front of someone that you usually could stop? No less, someone who you were supposed to be working with. In that moment, I just wanted to disappear from the church altogether. I just imagined I wasn’t here, I was just at home with my mom and watching TV or something like that.

“I am?” I replied, a bit dumbstruck, I bit on my tongue and covered my mouth when I felt something coming up, “It’s not brave.. SH— I.. I didn’t mean to. I’m sorry for letting something like that out, F— I’ll get my supplements from my bag.”
