while im thinking about My Comix i think a tick and maxx thing couldve been fun but i do just kinda like the idea of getting into the ticks head fun in general. i think the times we do get to Literally see inside his head are pretty on-par with the mind stuff that goes on in the maxx so they seem like a good match
i want them to hang out or smth but the few people who thought about them too just want them to fight as per the usual fan deathmatch. guys maxx would not come out of that alive i think he would end up drowning himself in a puddle without tick doing anything they should just watch tv together. idk i like my big weird guys and dissecting them :(

i still think its so funny that technically the tick is canonically divorced in at least 1 series
#i love not knowing shit about his past beyond when hes like oh yeah guess that happened i dunno#though in this case i think it was actually a flashback its been a while since i read#hes a divorced single dad of 4 children 3 of which died tragically#not at the same time and neither will ever be mentioned again. except the 1 surviving child has a cameo very scarcely

my brother just found (almost) all his old tick minifigures !!!!!! hes just missing the human bullet but the gangs all here
#he only realized he was missing cuz i was looking up the packaging where the ticks holding the figure and human bullet popped up#theyre in pretty good condition for toys owned by a kid that definitely put them in situations
