Lee L / Ler Light (not shipping)
Light decides to challenge L to a childhood game, and it goes south quick.

“I can't stand you, Light.”
L groaned, his free hand behind his head. It had been a few days since they decided to handcuff themselves to each other. To say the least, it was an unpleasant idea. Light had to deal with L’s unusual habits, such as sitting like an owl; which wouldn't allow Light much room to move around. Similarly, L had to deal with Light always picking on the certain mannerisms he possessed. It wasn't even about an hour ago they'd begun arguing because Light wanted the left side of the bed, but L tended to always need that side to sleep well.
“Hm... Perhaps you're right!” Light spoke, but he knew he didn't mean what he had said.
“We’re finally getting somewhere, eh L? Well, since we're adults, let's play an adult game.”
“Like?” L placed his hands in his lap, interested to hear what Light’s game was.
“Rock, paper, scissors. Fun, right?” Light released a subtle giggle from his belly, amused at the smug look L had on his face.
“Alright then. I suppose I'll entertain that, nothing better to do.” Ryuzaki smirked, as he knew this game would be a piece of cake for him. Memories from his childhood began to channel in his mind - he had many memories of beating the absolute shit out of this game.
“Shall we start?” Light was confident in his ability to win these types of games. Why? Luck. It was always on his side. No matter what game he'd play, a crown would always be placed on his head for winning. He even had a little surprise up his sleeve.
“Yes.” Ryuzaki mumbled.
They both positioned their free hand into a fist and waited for one another to start the game.
“Rock... Paper... Scissors... SHOOT!” Light announced. What were the results? Ryuzaki, rock. Light... Paper.
A metaphorical question mark slammed itself right above L’s skull. What happened? He predicted that light would play it risky, and go scissors, but what was this? He was wrong? His eyes immediately shot up from Light's hand to his eyes.
Nothing needed to be said. L bit his lip and repositioned his hand into a fist. Light followed along, and chanted-
“Rock... Paper... Scissors... SHOOT!”
Their eyes were both closed, almost as if it was a rule, and Light was the first to sneak an eye open. He saw the results.
L’s eyes opened wide, and an enormous sigh crept its way out his mouth. He lost. His hand was paper and Light’s was scissors. It was implied the game would be 2/3, and it was now implied that Light had won. The younger man had dominated the master investigator in a simple game of rock paper scissors. L couldn't believe it.
“Hah, isn't that funny?”
“...what are your terms?” L inquired. He knew Light wanted something.
“Huh? What could you ever mean..?” His grin was from cheek to cheek. He did want something actually, and it was a very *giggly* matter.
“Come on. Tell me what you want.” L was owning up to his defeat and accepting what was to come. He certainly didn't expect what was next.
“I want you to lay down straight. Like a plank, got it?”
L obeyed, and Light followed him to his side because of the restrictions of movement caused by the cuffs.
“Now... Here's what I want. I want you to keep silent. Laugh, and I'll increase the time of what I'm going to do by a few minutes.”
“What? Alright then. Could I get a h- haha-? Whahaht aha stop hit!!”
Light was kneeling next to the giggling man's ribs, scratching them lightly. “Bahahastohop it light-!!”
"Ah, nah... I'll keep on.” His fingers pinched and squeezed L’s ribs, causing L to grab his wrists trying to stop the tickling. The grip on Light's wrists was weak, and soon he was in a ball of giggles. The sensation of Light's slim fingers, scratching his upper body like he would scratch his own back was too much.
“LIGHIHIHT STOP IT-!!” Light didn't stop, in fact, he cranked the punishment up to an 11.
Light gripped L’s cuffed hand with the hand he also had cuffed and lifted it above his head. Pouncing on top of the investigator, Light poked his exposed underarm. The pokes turned into wiggles, and soon L was howling like a werewolf beneath a full moon. This was out of character for him, clearly.
“IHIF YOUHUHUOH DOHONT STAHAHAP IT HAHAHBABAHASAH-” L was squirming under the younger man, relentless in his goal to escape from Light. The brunette released his wrist, and instead shoved both hands under the baffled man's armpits. His fingers seemingly grabbed at pieces of his armpits, while at the same time gently skating across them. It was hell for the poor black-haired man, and Light was the devil. The devil with clever, tickly fingers.
“Hm... Is your belly ticklish?” Light scanned L’s upper body for a few seconds and decided to do something that he'd have to pay for. He pulled L’s shirt up over his face and revealed his most vulnerable spots. This made him inevitably blush - he wasn't used to being touched, nonetheless with no shirt. His one free arm swung around the room, trying to hit Light as hard as he could before he initiated the torture. Not being able to use his eyes was a huge disadvantage, one that cost him in the moment.
“NAHAHAHAHSTOPIHIT I HATEAHAHAYOUHOHO YOU BIHIHITICHUHAHA!!!!-”
Lights fingers skated across L’s tummy, making pit stops every time they passed his belly button. Swirling around inside them was utterly disastrous for the ticklee. Both of Light’s hands were moving like a tornado on L’s bare body. Occasionally scratching his sides, making him scream with joy, and mainly focusing on his thin stomach. There was a bit of sweat that'd built up under L’s arms from the intensity of the tickles. “NAHAHA stahaP IHIT PLEASE!”
“Alright, fine... You can have a break.” Light was being generous, and L was beyond thankful.
He crept himself off of L’s hips and helped him put his shirt back over his body. L still was giggling for some reason, it was almost as if the tickling had aftermath. “Was that fun, L?” the expert tickler teased. He teased him even more by trying to poke L’s sides once again. Ryuzaki flinched and frowned, then said, “Let's play again sometime. I'll surely win.”
