Seven Drink Amy
A/N: well, here it is…. I finally managed to finish the fic I wrote for @tickle-bugs as part of our @ticklesofcolor event… (held all the way back in May!) Thank you for coming up with such a wonderful event, for organising and figuring out the logistics, and for bringing me along for the ride!!
Amy has always been a fast learner, and this, Rosa thinks regretfully, is no exception.
They are in Shaw’s bar - of all the places! - their drinks abandoned on the table while Amy crowds into her personal space.
If it were any other day this would be sexy. The notion of Amy, with her hair loose and her inhibitions looser, climbing into her lap is a fantasy that Rosa has indulged in on… a few occasions. And this is playing out exactly as it had in her mind’s eye….but with one humiliating difference.

Hella late Tickles of Color entry
Hoo boy. Y'all it's been a really, really awful 8 months or so. I had to take an impromtu hiatus for a variety of reasons, but I'm okay and in a much better place now.
I'm so, so sorry for how late this is @fanficsandfluff @ticklesofcolor especially after the absolutely lovely fic you wrote me for this event. I owe you big time, so if you like this I already started working on part two of this fic. I hope you like it and again, I can't express how sorry am for the delay.
Fandom: Star Wars/The Mandalorian
Pairing: Luke/Din (Grogu makes an appearance)
Word count: 2.7k (I know it's a little long, but I needed to establish a bit of a relationship between them for me to write about them)
Din was shocked when a few months after being separated from Grogu, he received a comm on his new ship from none other than Luke Skywalker himself. He now knew the Jedi’s name, after Cara told him about the apparently legendary man. The stories she and others told him sounded too fantastical to be true but after seeing the things Grogu could do with his powers then Luke’s feats when he rescued them all, Din was inclined to believe them.
“How did you find this comm channel?” he asked Luke.
Luke just smiled and said, “I have my ways.”
Luke explained that though Grogu was coming along well with his training, the child missed Din so much it was holding him back. Luke didn’t have the same negative feelings about attachments that the Jedi of the past did, and felt Din’s presence in Grogu’s life would be beneficial to his training, not a hinderance. When Luke asked Din to come visit them, Din jumped at the opportunity. He missed his little green foundling more than he could possibly put into words, and with winning the Darksaber and the pressure from some of his people to claim the title of Mand’alor, Din was happy to drop everything and fly to the coordinates Luke sent him.
When Grogu saw Din, he ran as fast as his little legs would take him into Din’s arms that were waiting to embrace him, giggling in excitement. When Grogu asked silently for him to take off his helmet, there were tears of joy streaming down Din’s face. Luke watched from the corner of the room with a fond smile on his face. Because Grogu and Luke could communicate through the Force, Grogu told Luke stories of his adventures with Din. Luke almost felt like he knew the Mandalorian.
Weeks went by. Grogu and Din would spend time together just the two of them, and when it was time for him to train with Luke, Din would sit to the side and observe, assisting in training when it was appropriate. Grogu really had learned a lot. One day Luke had Grogu levitate Din and the overeager child quickly threw Din about ten feet in the air before he fell to the floor with a loud clang. It was an accident of course, the child would never intentionally hurt Din. Luke gasped and he and Grogu both ran over to Din who was holding his stomach.
“Din, I’m so sorry!” Luke said looking him over for any obvious injuries. “I thought he’d be able to do it. I mean...he’s lifted a full-grown mudhorn before. I...”
Luke stopped when he heard Din’s wheezing laughter coming from his helmet. Luke sighed in relief before Din inhaled and hysterical laughter came pouring out of his mouth. Din couldn’t remember the last time he’d laughed so hard, and Luke couldn’t recall ever falling in love with someone’s laugh like he did when he heard Din’s for the first time. Luke, Din, and Grogu had to pause training for about five minutes, all of them incapacitated with laughter. The only thing that would have made the moment perfect was if Luke could have seen Din’s face as he laughed, but he knew the Mandalorian had worn his helmet for most of his life now. Even if he didn’t wear it all the time anymore, the habit and comfort of it caused him to keep it on most of the time, usually only removing it when Grogu asked.
In the evenings after Grogu went to sleep, Din and Luke would spend time together getting to know each other, sharing stories of their pasts, and training Din to fight with the Darksaber. Luke never looked into Din’s mind with his powers, feeling like that was an invasion of the man’s privacy, but he could sense Din’s emotions whether he tried to or not. And he could sense some new feelings radiating from Din as time went by that made Luke feel warm all over. Even without Jedi powers, Din felt them coming from Luke too.
One evening after rocking Grogu to sleep, Din went to Luke as he was reading some ancient Jedi texts. He sat down on the couch next to him and Luke looked up to realize Din had removed all of his armor, helmet included, wearing only the black shirt and pants he wore beneath his armor. Luke tried to hide his shock but failed. He’d seen Din without his helmet a handful of times but had never seen him like this.
Luke gulped and tried to keep himself from blushing as he looked at him, setting the texts he was reading aside. “You uh...removed your armor.” He said, stating the obvious. Very smooth Luke.
Din looked down at his clothes. “Yeah. I uh...I guess I just wanted to give it a try.”
But Luke could feel that it was more than that. That Din wanted Luke to see him: physically and more.
“You should do it more often. Going without your armor I mean,” Luke said nervously. “You look...nice.”
Din smiled bashfully as he felt the fabric on his thigh with his fingers. “It’s fine, I guess. Definitely not as fashionable as...whatever this is,” Din said jokingly before reaching over and grabbing Luke’s robe, dangerously close to Luke’s side. Out of instinct, Luke recoiled.
Din saw Luke shift away from his hand and immediately felt guilty. Maybe sudden movements scared him or something. “I’m sorry Luke, I didn’t mean to startle you,” he said as he pulled his hand away.
Luke could sense that Din felt bad. “Oh no, Din it’s fine. You didn’t do anything wrong, and you didn’t startle me exactly. I just thought...” A strange grin came over Luke’s face, that Din couldn’t quite read. “I uh...thought you were going to tickle me, is all.”
Din smiled and Luke could sense the anxiety of the moment leaving the Mandalorian’s body. “Oh, I see. No, I wasn’t going to do that.”
Luke couldn’t deny how surprised he was that Din didn’t initiate an attack right then and there. Growing up on Tatooine, Luke was often a favorite target of his friends. He’d even been tickled to tears a few times during his time fighting for the rebellion. Despite his protests, Luke didn’t actually hate it. In fact, he kind of liked it though he’d never admit it. It always made him happy and feel loved. He wondered if it made Din feel the same. This was a prime opportunity with Din out of his armor and without his helmet. And he’d been wondering what Din looked like when he laughed since the day Grogu made him during training.
“Are you ticklish Din?” Luke asked.
Din rubbed the back of his neck. “I uh...don’t know to be honest. No one has tickled me since I was a child.”
Luke could sense Din’s intrigue. “Do you want to find out?” he asked him gently.
Din chuckled timidly. He couldn’t deny his curiosity. He couldn’t remember what the sensation felt like, it had been so long. He also couldn’t deny how the idea of the handsome Jedi’s touch, however innocent, kind of excited him.
Din looked up at Luke and felt butterflies in his stomach as he looked at his soft smile. Luke already knew Din’s answer before he spoke. “Ok,” Din finally said in a softspoken voice.
Luke’s smiled. “If you need me to stop or slow down just tell me.” He didn’t want to torture Din after all, and it wouldn’t be as fun if Din wasn’t having fun too. Din nodded his head.
Luke was just staring at Din at first and Din wondered if Luke had decided he wasn’t going to do this. It seemed the butterflies that had been in Din’s stomach were fluttering even more than before, and it increased in intensity until Din realized what he was feeling in his stomach wasn’t anticipation or the nervousness of being around the Jedi he’d unknowingly started developing feelings for. He doubled over and wrapped his arms around his stomach.
Luke’s smile widened as he used the Force to continue intensifying the tickling gradually. “You doing okay there Din?” Din nodded his head and had his lips pressed together, trying to hold in the giggles that were threatening to spill from his mouth. Luke laughed. “You know, the point is to laugh when someone tickles you. That’s what’s fun about it.”
Din did in fact know that but after years of being a stoic bounty hunter, he’d gotten used to holding in his laughter for appearances, and old habits died hard with him. Luke knew Din was doing alright so he decided to up the ante. He started wiggling his fingers up and down one side of Din ribs gently. Din sputtered a laugh before pressing his lips together again.
Luke couldn’t contain his own laughter. He’s stubborn this one. “Come on Din, you know you want to laugh.” Luke could see the teasing was getting to him. “Just let it out. Here, I’ll help you.”
With that Luke dug his fingers into Din’s sensitive ribs and Din couldn’t contain himself anymore. He exploded into laughter and raised his hands to cover his face. Luke moved in front of Din so he could get both sides and Din moved his hands to Luke’s elbows, burying his face into Luke’s shoulder to hide his face and muffle his laughter. Din was wiggling around to instinctively avoid Luke’s fingers, but never protested or pushed him away.
Luke was addicted to the sound of Din’s laugh already. It was low and musical and though he loved the sound of it, he wanted to see Din’s face. Maybe if he tried another spot, he’d get the chance.
Luke moved his fingers to Din’s stomach and Din fell back against the couch and started rolling around, shaking his head, and Luke could finally gaze on Din’s face. He looked beautiful and much younger laughing like this, even with the lines around his deep brown eyes as they squinted shut. Though it tickled, it wasn’t as intense as his ribs had been and his laugh switched to more of a high-pitched giggle. It embarrassed him to hear it.
“This is silly,” Din said in between giggles before squealing when Luke found a particularly bad spot near one of his hips.
“It’s supposed to be,” Luke said chuckling. He tickled his hips for some time before reaching up to scribble his fingers under Din’s arms. This earned Luke the biggest reaction so far. Din was weak with laughter and felt himself sliding down to the floor, unable to stop himself. Despite how badly it tickled, Din continued to just laugh and wiggle around. Din thought to himself that this was actually pretty fun. He didn’t get the chance to let loose and have fun like this...well ever really.
Luke moved his hands to the Mandalorian’s neck and Din snickered. As much fun as Din was having, he was glad Luke had found a spot that wasn’t so devastating so he could catch his breath a bit. Luke smiled at him adoringly before saying, “So I think the answer to the question, ‘Is Din Djarin ticklish?’ is a resounding yes.”
Din could feel his cheeks start to burn. “Why do you have to do that?” he said still laughing, covering his face to hide his blushing.
Luke laughed. “You did give me permission, remember?” Luke started tickling the parts of Din’s cheeks that weren’t covered by his hands.
Din shook his head a little, both as a response and to get away from Luke’s devious fingers. “Not the tickling,” he said as Luke started tickling under his chin. “The teasing.”
“That’s part of the experience my friend. Makes it tickle a lot more, doesn’t it?” All Din could do was nod his head. Luke straddled Din’s thighs, about to go for his underarms again but then realized how out of breath Din was and decided to check in on him.
“You okay big guy?” Luke said. Luke was pretty sure if Din was in distress at any point, he’d have known but he still wanted to make sure.
Din was panting, stray giggles coming from the wide smile still on his face. “Is that all the legendary Luke Skywalker’s got?” he said.
Luke gave him a mischievous grin that made Din second-guess antagonizing him like that. “I was actually going easy on you, but seeing as you seem to want a challenge...” Din started giggling in anticipation. “I was gonna try your underarms again since that seemed to get a good reaction out of you...but maybe I can find an even better spot.” Luke looked down at Din’s thighs and scooted back onto his shins. He started tracing his fingers up and down Din’s thighs and knees. “What about here?” Din started giggling and rolling around on the floor again. When Luke gave both of his thighs a gently squeeze, Din snorted. Luke’s face lit up like he’d just been given a gift from the Force itself as Din’s eyes grew wide.
“Oh, I have a feeling this is the spot I was looking for,” Luke said before digging into the meat of Din’s thighs. Din snorted again before alternating between cackling and screaming. “Yup, this is definitely the spot I was looking for,” Luke said before laughing almost as hard as Din was. This laugh was very different from the others Luke had pulled out of him. Nowhere near as musical, but he adored the sound of it and the mixed look of enjoyment and panic on Din’s face. Din was able to resist fighting back before, but now he couldn’t help himself from trying to push Luke’s hands away even though he was still having fun. Luke’s nimble fingers pinched up and down his thighs and when he found a spot on Din’s right upper thigh that was particularly ticklish, Luke used both of his hands to dig into it. This broke Din completely. He let out another snort and screamed, before falling into silent laughter, tears beginning to fill his eyes, too exhausted to fight back anymore.
It was a strange feeling for Din to just succumb to something. His mind was blank, all that existed in his universe at this moment was the maddening sensations on his thigh and the man who was doing it to him. Just when Din was about to start begging Luke for mercy, Luke stopped and got off of him.
Luke sat on the floor beside him as Din continued to laugh, his body still twitching from the phantom tickles that were lingering. Luke took a moment to admire his work: the feared bounty hunter known all over the galaxy, the possible future ruler of Mandalore laying on his floor, a giggly mess. It was a beautiful sight to behold. Luke laughed and patted Din on the shoulder. “I gotta admit,” Luke started saying. “You held out a lot longer than I would have. Maybe Mandalorians are as tough as the stories say.”
Din laughed and wiped away the perspiration that had accumulated on his forehead during the ordeal with his sleeve. Then his eyes grew wide when Luke’s words registered in his brain, and he remembered what started this whole thing in the first place.
“So...you’re more ticklish than I am?”
Luke laughed, somehow oblivious to the idea rolling around Din’s brain. But that was typical for him in these situations. “Oh yeah. Much worse. I remember this one time back on Tatooine I...” Luke was unable to finish his sentence before Din had tackled him to the ground. Luke could have fought back and for a brief moment, he thought about it before resigning himself to the playful torture that awaited him. Not that he minded.
Din pinned him down and Luke was now the one with butterflies in his stomach. “Did you know the Jedi and Mandalorians were once enemies? I think between that and what you just did to me, I’ve earned the right to seek a little revenge.”

Critical Role: Unnecessary
(Read on AO3)
Rating: Gen
Summary: The thought stays with her the next time she visits Nicodranas, though, and she determines to make an experiment of it. Maybe without the shoulder bumping - she is here as an emissary, after all.
Allura’s new mage friend in Wildemount seems a little lonely and very reckless. She takes it upon herself to investigate.
Wordcount: 2.3k
A/N:  MORE WIZARDS
one more @ticklesofcolor event fill for @ticklishnonsense  - i am starting to think that assigning us each other in this event is taking the shared braincells to a whole new level 😅 Prompt was “Allura, early in her friendship with Yussa, discovers he’s very touch-starved and very ticklish, and takes advantage of this.”
The first time it happens, Allura is fairly sure that she’s just caused an intercontinental diplomatic incident.
She can hardly fault herself, though. There are certain instincts one develops when one regularly dines with adventurers and has the pleasure of being married to a halfling paladin who takes particular delight in tackling her every so often. Her arms are full of books, newly on loan from the only mage she’s found in Wildemount that doesn’t seem to be completely obsessed with politics, and she needs to bid her new friend farewell somehow. It seems perfectly logical to knock her shoulder lightly against his as she brightly thanks him for the pleasure of their meeting and turns to leave.
Apparently, this is not a logic that Arcanist Errenis shares.

Attempt 218: Day 15
Hey!! This is my fic written for @peachytickles for Tickles of Color! I’m sorry it’s like,,, a week late already, but finals got in the way and I always procrastinate until the last moment. Anyways ~ here you go, and I hope you enjoy it!!
Prompt: Eleanor/Tahani, attempt 218. there are some things that Tahani finds strange and repulsive about her soulmate - like her weird food combinations, her binge drinking, her constant cursing. but there are hordes of other traits she finds compelling: her frankness, her sense of humor and her constant need to incite play-fighting matches. and of course, Eleanor’s ability to win all aforementioned matches with tickles :)
———————————————-
As Tahani watches her soulmate tear through her third platter of shrimp for the evening, she can’t help but wonder exactly how they would have met in person if their connection was meant to be. Hesitantly, she drops her hand where she’d been resting her chin and straightens up in her chair. “Darling?”
Eleanor snorts around her current mouthful. “Love it when you call me that.”
“Yes, well,” Tahani shrugs it off. A battle for another day. “I was just wondering if you ever think about our time on Earth. We were never very close physically, but I’d like to imagine we’d have some hobby or other in common. I mean,” she chuckles, which quickly drops into a concerned frown. “Anything?”

Derek’s Secret (B.A.U.)
Summary: Penelope figures out Derek’s ticklish, and she can’t keep a secret to save her life. (Very belated back-up fic for @fanficsandfluff in the Tickles of Color event! This event was so cool I’m really glad I got to produce two pieces for it. I hope you like it!)
It was hard to keep secrets when all of your coworkers were trained in analyzing behavior, and could essentially read you as fast as Spencer could finish a full-length novel.
Derek Morgan was a pretty private person. It showed in his hesitancy to open up, even after a case hit too close to home. Even the people he was closest to, like Penelope, often were left in the dark to his problems until he felt comfortable enough to share, if that time ever came. The team had to accept this fact, no matter how quickly they caught on, they had to respect his space.
But on a less serious note, there were secrets that Derek Morgan had which his team didn’t feel so bad poking their noses into.

So Funny
Here is my ATLA TicklesofColor2021 fic for the fabulous @amazingmsme; I just finished my M.S., so that's why it's over a week late, oops, sorry. Hope you enjoy, and thanks @ticklesofcolor for hosting!
One of Zuko’s favorite things about spending time with his friends was how often they just had fun together. It was nice to be able to just let go and be playful with each other in a way that Zuko, ironically, almost never had back before he was banished from the Fire Nation. There was nothing better than a calm, pleasant night spent huddled around the fire together, talking and laughing.
Zuko was slowly realizing that he especially enjoyed hearing Sokka laugh. When the other boy was amused his whole body shook with loud, delighted laughter and it was like music to Zuko’s ears – he just couldn’t get enough, and he found himself wanting to be the cause for more of Sokka’s laughter.
The problem with that was that Zuko wasn’t very funny.
“Okay, well, I can’t remember how it starts, but the punchline is, ‘Leaf me alone, I’m bushed.’” Zuko paused, feeling his cheeks flushed at the awkward silence that followed. “Well, it’s funnier when Uncle tells it.”
“Right,” Katara said skeptically, raising an eyebrow at him. “Maybe that’s because he remembers the whole thing.”
Zuko heard Toph and Sokka both snickering across the campfire and he gritted his teeth, feeling frustrated that he’d forgotten the joke. “Well, I know more. Okay, here’s one. What drink brings you down to Earth? "Gravi-tea!"
The pun managed to elicit smiles and chuckles from Aang, Sokka, Toph, and even Katara, even if it wasn’t funny enough to make any of them actually laugh. Still, spurred by the minor success, Zuko added, “And… How long does it take to brew tea?” He paused, hoping for dramatic effect. “Oolong time!”
“That was awful,” Aang groaned, even as a smile played at his lips. The others were all nodding and grimacing in agreement.
“Um, sorry,” Zuko muttered, wracking his brain for more jokes. “Wait – okay, what did one tea leaf say to the other tea leaf?”
There was a pause before Sokka suspiciously asked, “I don’t know, what?”
Zuko froze, his mind coming up blank. “Uh… I don’t remember.”
He saw Katara rolling her eyes as she stood up from the circle. “Okay, well, thanks for that Zuko.” Zuko tried to hide his wince, staring into the fire. If only Uncle had told him more jokes that weren’t about tea… and that Zuko had chosen to really pay attention to.
“Face it Sparky, you’re just awkward,” Toph said, plopping down on the log next to him as Katara and Aang bustled about cleaning up dinner, while Sokka began to set up camp. “Maybe you should stick to letting the true comedians tell the jokes.”
Zuko slumped. “Yeah, I guess. I just wanted to make you guys laugh.”
“You wanted to make all of us laugh? Or just one person in particular?” Toph teased. Zuko flushed as the blind girl smirked at him, looking away to avoid making eye contact – not that it mattered much, with Toph. “Look dude, don’t overcomplicate things. It’s not that hard, just tickle him if you want to make Sokka laugh!”
"Really? I guess I can try that," Zuko said, brightening at finally having a concrete strategy for getting Sokka to laugh.
The next morning when Sokka announced his intention to go hunting, Zuko asked to join him. "You want to go hunting?" Sokka asked, looking skeptical.
"I like to hunt!" Zuko glowered defensively, ignoring the fact that the true reason he wanted to join Sokka was to have some time alone with the other boy. "Come on, two eyes will be better than one."
"Don't you mean two sets of eyes?" Sokka teased as they set out into the woods. "We both already have two so wouldn't we have four eyes combined?"
Zuko rolled his eyes but then, recalling Toph's advice, decided that Sokka being pedantic would provide a great opportunity to tickle him. After all, weren't you supposed to tickle someone when they were being annoying? He reached out and squeezed Sokka's side, wiggling his fingers at the same time.
Sokka was completely unprepared for the brief attack, judging by his shriek of laughter and the way he jolted away from Zuko's fingers. "H-Hey!" Sokka exclaimed, a smile lingering on his lips even as he demanded, "What was that for?"
"Being a sarcastic brat," Zuko answered promptly. Not completely satisfied with Sokka's first reaction, he scribbled his fingers rapidly over Sokka's stomach, causing the other boy to double over with bright, cackling laughter.
"I'm nohohohot a brahahat you jeheherkbender!" Sokka protested through his giggles. He attempted to twist away from Zuko's prodding fingers and ended up tripping and falling to the ground; Sokka managed to hook a foot around Zuko's leg and drag the firebender down with him.
"Oof. Was that really necessary?" Zuko grumbled, propping himself up on his elbows as he leveraged his body up from the ground to glare at Sokka.
"Yes! It's all part of my master revenge plan," Sokka said, pushing Zuko back down onto the ground and pinning him there by sitting on his thighs. "I bet you're ticklish too!"
"Nohohoho!" Zuko protested, a blush covering his cheeks when he immediately began to giggle as Sokka slipped his hands beneath Zuko's shirt to knead at his sides. "I'm nohohohot tihihicklish!" He squirmed, unable to hold back his laughter as Sokka ruthlessly tickled his stomach - it figured that even Toph's advice would backfire. He wanted to be making Sokka laugh, not vice versa!
"You're such a bad liar," Sokka teased, his fingers sliding toward the center of Zuko's torso to skitter across his belly, eliciting even louder giggles. "You're way more ticklish than me."
"Nohoho I'm nohohohot!" Zuko insisted through his laughter. Though it was hard with most of his focus on the feeling of Sokka's hands dancing over his skin, Zuko managed to reach up and poke at Sokka's underarm. Sokka yelped and clamped his arms down, pausing in his tickle attack for a minute, giving Zuko a perfect opportunity to launch his own assault on Sokka's stomach.
He grinned at Sokka's loud peal of laughter. "You're definitely more ticklish than me," Zuko said smugly, poking at Sokka's belly button.
"You're evil!" Sokka squeaked, trying to double over and push Zuko's hands away at the same time. He grabbed onto Zuko's shirt and pushed it up, wiggling his fingers over Zuko's belly and causing him to break out into laughter again. As the sound of his giggles mixed with Sokka's, Zuko decided a two-way tickle fight wasn't the worst possible outcome.

Hot Boy Summer
AN: Here’s my fic for the @ticklesofcolor fic exchange! I wrote for @calmturquoise & I had a blast writing this fic for you! So sorry for the delay, I just finished up with my associates & I had to write 2 final papers. I hope you’re okay that I was liberal with your prompt, since I went with Zuko & Sokka it would kind of be hard for him to use his bending to tickle someone, but I still tried to incorporate it! I also completely threw in the towel with this title. I hope you enjoy it! Sokka & Zuko just play off of each other so well.
Zuko was hot. Like strictly temperature wise Sokka told himself. But firebending proved to be quite useful to him. When they were camping, he was the warmest to sit next to. Not to mention, he made great fires for roasting weenies and marshmallows. But Sokka’s favorite thing about it was that it meant he was pretty easy to tick off, which made for good fun.
He would never actually get too angry, so he assumed he didn’t actually mind it all that much. And the truth was, he didn’t. Zuko never really had friends of his own, and the playful teasing, if annoying, was actually fun. The others picked up on the habits too. It ended up with Toph claiming Zuko as her body pillow to hug against while she slept.
“Hey, can you hold this?” Without waiting for an answer, Sokka shoved a wet clay bowl in Zuko’s warm hands.
“Wha- uh- sure,” he said, perplexed but not setting it down. Sokka’s cheeks were puffed out like a frog from trying to contain his laughter. Zuko realized what he was trying to do and huffed to keep himself from chuckling along. “Hell no, go find a kiln,” he said, shoving it back in Sokka’s hands.

Star Wars: Gentler, Harder
(Read on AO3)
Rating: Gen
Summary: He waits for Poe to twist around before continuing. “You were kind of being one, weren’t you? Teasing Rey like that.”
Finn’s got a mischievous look on his face, one Poe hasn’t seen on him before, and for all that Poe knows he’s not supposed to be moving he feels his stomach flip like he’s just entered a spiral dive.
Rey’s voice is far too close on his other side, sounding livelier than she has since he’s met her. “Does that mean we have to tickle him now?”
Wordcount: 2.6k
A/N: @ticklesofcolor event fill for @ticklishnonsense! Prompts were a combination of “Poe really loves getting tickled and has to ask for it” and “Finn gets taught how to tickle someone” - I am looking at those CR prompts, believe me, but I thought it would be fun to try something new too :)
“Well, aren’t you two a sight for sore eyes!”
Poe’s still not over the way Finn beams every time he sees him - he startles a little, probably on just enough symoxin to dull the rest of his senses along with the nerves, and breaks into a smile so brilliant against his dark skin that it’s hard not to squint. “Poe!”
He sounds like he’s still excited about having actual names to call. Poe tries not to think about it too hard.
Rey, curled up on the other side of the medical bed in, does her best impression of not looking expectantly at him. Poe grins and holds out a nutrition bar that she snatches and squirrels away somewhere in her dangling wraps faster than he can follow. “Good day?”

Revealed Weakness (Max/Lucas)
Summary: Lucas finds himself on edge after Dustin reveals a certain weakness to Max. (Here’s my fic for the amazing @ticklesofcolor event, and my fic is for *drum roll* @anasticklefics!! So lucky to have gotten matched up with one of my dear friends. Thanks so much to @peachytickles and @tickle-bugs for setting this event up. Hope y’all enjoy this fluff for this underrated couple.)
Lucas never intended for Max to find out.
It was all Dustin’s fault, too, which made it even more annoying. If Max had found out during a cuddle session, maybe he could let it slide for the sweet memory.
But no. Thanks a lot, Dustin.
They had been hanging out at Mike’s, engrossed in a board game other than DnD for once, and Lucas made a particularly badass move that put his points quite far ahead.
Dustin, ever the sore loser, had reached over and poked at that stupid sensitive spot on his back, and Lucas had let out a pitiful yelp of laughter that made Max perk up like a dog hearing the squeak of their favorite toy.
“What was that?” she asked, eyes sparkling with mischief.

Tickles of Color Entry 2021
Heeeere we are! I hope you enjoy @twordficsnooneaskedfor !!! I really don't know the character of Ahsoka (never watched Clone Wars) but I tried my best! Thank you to @ticklesofcolor (@tickle-bugs and @peachytickles respectively) for hosting this super awesome event!
Fandom: Star Wars, The Mandalorian
Characters: The Mandalorian (Din Djarin), Ahsoka Tano, Grogu (The Child)
Words: 1,551
Ahsoka spent time with the youngling, listening. She did much listening, she realized, as the poor child could not communicate with anyone else, nor had he actually been able to speak in quite a long while. He was releasing and explaining. He spoke of the horrors, the not-so horrors. It was all feelings inside him, and then the Mandalorian would come into the picture. Grogu perked up.
“He’s made you happy,” Ahsoka smiled softly as the youngling nodded, cooing in agreement.
She listened some more and then cocked her head at something he said, “You want to make him happy?”
Grogu again nodded his little head, ears flopping.
Ahsoka placed two of her fingers on top of Grogu’s small hand, smiling at him, “I’m sure you’ve already made him happy, little one.”
The child’s head bowed, gurgling something like disappointment. He wasn’t enough. He was a burden… well, the Mandolorian has willingly protected him for this long… maybe less of a burden than he thought.
“Let’s meet with the Mandalorian for food. We’ll discuss options later,” and Ahsoka picked the child up and made her way back to the ship where said topic of conversation was cooking for them. It was a meager meal of hunted creatures, and they sat around a small burning fire.
The Mandalorian picked piece by piece of meat off the bone for the youngling. It turned out the child was eating the meat faster than the Mandalorian could tear it.
“Hungry, are we?” the tinny voice filtered through the helmet. Grogu made a noise of contentment. The next chunk given to the child was eaten at a purposely humorous fast pace, and both of them knew exactly what was going on.
“You’re very funny,” a gloved finger brushed under the child’s chin and the child giggled.
Ahsoka looked on, eating her own small cooked animal, crunching on the singed skin. She smiled when she heard the Mandalorian chuckle. He has already proven worthy of the child’s love and attention based on the way he helped him channel the Force during training.
The Jedi set her meal down and brushed off her hands, staring at the Mandalorian. Focusing, Ahsoka poised the fingers of one hand inconspicuously, aiming, and… The Mandalorian’s hand chased away an invisible bug on his neck, eyes searching for the culprit. Ahsoka bit the inside of her cheek… she can work with this.
“What do you need me to do?” Din asked the next morning, standing in the clearing in the woods with Ahsoka and Grogu.
“Your participation will be crucial for today’s training,” Ahsoka reassured, holding back a smile.
Ahsoka knelt down next to Grogu, who was placed onto a large rock. She whispered something into his ear. Grogu exclaimed in what to Din seemed like joy. Maybe he already knew whatever it was Ahsoka was telling him to do?
“Mando,” Ahsoka spoke louder now, “I’m going to demonstrate to him first.”
“Okay,” Din said, standing still. He didn’t know what was supposed to happen, but he waited.
Ahsoka pointed her hand towards him and he felt a crawling up his sides and back. He jerked, surprised, bewildered… all-around confused.
“You okay?” Ahsoka asked with a very visible smile on her face now.
“Y-Yeah.. Was it--? Is it supposed to feel so…” Din didn’t know how to describe what he felt so he wiggled his fingers in the air, “Scratchy?”
Ahsoka huffed a small laugh and Grogu made a noise, as well.
“Well, yes. But it’s very important you stay still.”
“Okay. Can you tell me what it is you’re teaching him?”
Ahsoka looked to the child to get his approval of what to say. Answer honestly? Grogu said no.
“It’s a Force touch. Like he’s feeling out into the world without having to move.”
Din nodded, “Alright. Just be more… careful, I guess.”
“Show one more time? Very well,” Ahsoka made up that part of conversation with the youngling as she once again poised her hand and made sparks fly all around the Mandalorian’s shielded sides and ribs. It encompassed him, feeling like they weren’t really touching him at first. It was like a breeze being blown all over his torso. But then the feeling zeroed in and Din barked out an obvious laugh. He hunched over, elbows pressing into his sides.
“W-Wahahait!”
Ahsoka was shaking her head, “If you cannot handle what I am demonstrating, I’m sure you’ll do much better with Grogu.”
“It feeheels so strange,” Din regained himself, clearing his throat after standing straight.
“That may happen from time to time,” Ahsoka smiled but her mind was on a slightly different track now, “What was it?”
“I don’t know. Like a buzzing. Not so much like touch, though.”
“I see,” Ahsoka raised her hand again, “It feels like this?” and Din was once again squirming, but this time trying to hold back his laughter at the feeling on his belly now.
“Yehes!” he croaked.
“It seems like it’s tickling you,” Ahsoka said what she was doing this whole time, stopping the sensations again.
“Tickling? No, isn’t that… that’s what babies feel.”
So, he really didn’t know. Her thought was correct.
“Grogu,” she knelt again by the child, “Would you like to try?”
The child shut his eyes like he usually did when he had to concentrate on the Force. He did that first to get the feeling in his bones and then opened them to aim it at the Mandalorian. Din stood still, fighting the very soft feelings. He didn’t move, didn’t laugh. Thank goodness for the helmet because they couldn’t see him smiling and biting on his lip.
“Kihihid!” he burst out laughing when there felt like a sharp, focused jab to his hips. Grogu giggled.
The Mandalorian couldn’t stay still. He could try and suppress the laughter, but he just couldn’t not squirm. He looked honestly very silly, squirming about, taking little hops and steps here and there. Ahsoka even snickered.
“You’re moving, Mando,” Ahsoka teased.
Grogu was enamored by the display. He’d never really heard the Mandalorian laugh before. He’d chuckle from time to time. But this was different. This was wilder.
“Y-You’re doing this on p-puhurpose!” Mando accused, arms secured to his middle.
Ahsoka started walking closer to the Mandalorian, “Grogu wanted to make you happy. This was our solution.”
Din’s heart warmed at hearing that. The kid only wanted to make sure he was happy. I guess it was hard to gauge under the helmet and all. He couldn’t always tell if he was smiling. But that warm heart was quickly frozen over once more when there were pinch-like motions on his lower ribs. This time those were real touches. From Ahsoka.
“Hahang on! I didn’t say you could actually do that,” he started backing away from the Jedi.
“Oh, my apologies. Grogu may continue,” Ahsoka smirked. Maybe Din should’ve just shut up.
Grogu giggled and tried again. He could really only get forceful pokes and jabs out with his Force; that or it was a spread-out attack. Both were devastating to Din.
The Mandalorian made the movements to walk over to Grogu on his rock to get him to stop. But he was taken down to his knees with laughter and weakness to tickling only halfway there.
Din hadn’t felt anything like this before. Maybe distantly, in a memory and a world he seldom remembered. He knows the touch of a small bug walking over his fingers, the feeling of water rushing against his bare skin when he bathes. He even could recognize a playful shove or pat on the shoulder or back.
The proud Mandalorian was now flat on his back, too tired to protest or fight back. He could only laugh. Grogu found a way to change directions so he moved the Force touch downward and Din squeaked, turning over onto his side, curling up.
“Stohohop! Kid, please! Hahahaha!” Din begged, the touch fluttering down his thighs to the backs of his knees. He was giggling now. Grogu was most definitely mocking him with his own giggles.
“I think that’s enough, Grogu,” Ahsoka finally stepped in. Who knows how long the kid would’ve continued if she didn’t stop him?
“Y-You’re just as bad as him,” Din coughed out, sitting up in the dirt.
Din would’ve loved to take off his helmet and breathe fresh air, to gulp it into his lungs, now sore from laughter. He felt another touch at his knee and he almost swatted it away before he realized it was Grogu’s hand. The kid had waddled his way over to him. Checking on him, it seemed, by the look on the kid’s face. Din picked him up and sat him in his lap.
“I’m okay, kid.”
Grogu tilted his head, reaching up to touch the helmet.
“I’m happy, too. You got what you wanted,” Din poked a finger into the kid’s belly and made him giggle, “How do you like it?” he chortled.
Grogu leaned into Mando after cooing a little to the pokes, shutting his eyes. Mission accomplished. His masked protector was happy and it was because of him. That felt good.
Din shifted so he was looking at Ahsoka. She was looking right back, a soft smile gracing her features. And he smiled. Definitely happy.

A Little Gentleness
Fandom: Stranger Things
Characters: Max/Lucas
Summary: Max notices Lucas never fights back when she tickles him even though he can.
A/N: Here’s my extremely early contribution to @ticklesofcolor‘s fic swap! I got to write for my fave @ticklishraspberries and it was so much fun to write this pairing. I hope you like it, Ras! And thank you to @peachytickles and @tickle-bugs for hosting this event!
Words: 1 782
Max once thought she had Lucas entirely figured out, but the more they grew together - their emotions and thoughts becoming more of an open topic between them - she realized she still had lots to see. Not to mention the transitional period that had just so happened to be the time they’d met, when they were going from pre-teens who still scraped their knees on the hot concrete, to teenagers who battled with still wanting to secretly let loose and thinking they were too old for it now. The first few months of their relationship had been dominated by the two of them trying to act older than they were; going on dates, movie nights, getting to know each other differently.
And then something snapped in Lucas and Max got her first wakeup call: her boyfriend still very much was a child at heart.
She blinked as she watched him wrestle with Dustin in the fields, kicking up dirt and pebbles, both of them screaming as if their whole lives depended on this fight. It wasn’t that Max hadn’t seen him act this way before they started dating, but it was different to see this side of him now when she herself had never really participated in it. She always claimed he was too scared of her to initiate any type of play fighting, but the truth was their relationship had still been in the giggly, blushy, pretending-to-be-cooler-than-you-were phase up until recently. Max found that the moment she started rolling her eyes at him she couldn’t stop, and they were now being sarcastic with each other for a living.
