We have found that some patients feel more exposed when nearly all of their body is covered and one of their most ticklish spots is the only part exposed like this. They will be aware that this particular spot will be targeted and focused on as long as they are restrained to the table. Today a patient will be tested in whether being able to see their spot exposed like this or having a drape over their chest and not being able to see the bare spot tickles more. Our nurse is quite curious about what sound the patient will make as they blow a bit of air on their bare sensitive spot whilst the patient can’t see what’s going on.

This patient is currently in our research program seeing how long it will take for them to get used to a feather on their sensitive feet. Two hours have now passed and her laughter has not gone down yet. We will continue until we get a result, of course.

I happened to stumble across this ward quite by accident. I'm enjoying the ticklish treatments of these poor souls. Thinking of myself in their positions is squirm-inducing. Thank goodness I'm completely healthy and will be going now.... Keep up the great work! 😉
I’m glad you are enjoying this little insight of our ward. Thank you very much for your kind words!

We finally got our new straitjackets home. These are extremely secure and safe, and offers even more immobility as they cover part of the legs as well. Tomorrow they will come in use for the first time, a treatment plan has already been set up for patient 13 who is quite sensitive on their feet. Treatment include the new straitjacket, strapped to a surgery table and having their exposed feet tickled for approximately three hours with 2 one minute breaks. Feathers will be used so we can compare the results with patient 13’s reactions to feathers wearing one of our regular straitjackets.

We have had quite a bit of trouble developing the right examination platform for our patients who are undergoing back research tickle programs. We can now finally announce that this is our newest invention, leaving the patient’s back exposed and vulnerable to their tickle doctor. It also makes great access to the back or their thighs and even their feet. There is already a patient signed up for trying it out later today. The patient has particularly ticklish shoulder blades and one of our nurses is very excited about working more with those. The patient is signed up for 1 hour and 12 minutes of feathers and long nails teasing their shoulder blades and spine while we study their heart beat and blood pressure.

Patient 67 has an extremely ticklish belly button. They keep throwing a tantrum whenever our nurse walks into their resting room to prepare them for a session. So far we haven’t been able to complete an entire planned session as we have to stop before she passed out.
We have put our tickle doctor specialised with tickling belly buttons to figure out a way to tickle the patient’s belly button for at least two hours without them passing out.

Today we are testing the theory “Does verbal teasing before a session increase sensitivity?”
We don’t have a result yet, our nurse will compare the information later on, but we sure enjoy the panicing expression on the patient’s face.

Do The People Staying At The Tickle Ward Have A Uniform?
It depends on the patient. Our more cooperative patients are wearing a set whenever they are resting with buttons on the sides that makes it easier for us to dress them into while they are restrained.

Our ..less.. cooperative patients are nearly always in a tight straitjacket whenever resting. We always try to dress them in the button pants but if they struggle too much then we’ll just cover them with a sheet.

Note
how many patients do you have at the ward? what treatment do you find most effective??
We currently have 5 patients that we simply just had to bring along to the new building, we are far from done with them.
We have a lot of different treatments and it all varies from what person we are treating or using for research. Usually we do a short pre-exam to get a vision of their sensitivity and what spots we find most exciting to exploit.

Our tickle nurses are specialised in techniques and all have a great deal of experience. They have been trained in finding the most efficient way to target a tickle spot and get the best reactions possible.
We do have a bit of a trouble trying to make them stick to the schedule, they tend to loose track of time when dealing with a patient.

We are slowly getting settled here at the new hospital. We still need to transfer a lot of our furniture and equipment, and we have many new patients written up - some even by their own will!
-Welcome to what is hopefully going to be a fun tumblr where you can dig into a tickling scenario taking place at the best tickle ward there is. This site is a project by @Ticklishphyllis and @Probablyticklishguy (I might have forced him slightly haha)-
