SARA from Toonami? There's several designs for this character but most of them are like a head on a screen because she's an AI. Her design post Intruder II especially gives me the vibes since she's very glitchy, but I'd like to think her current iteration (who is not a head on a screen, she's like a holographic purple fairy- probably make it easier to make transparent that way?) still has it.
