High Risk High Return

It’s been 2 months since my last update. Yup. I’ve been busy. 

Few things I did in the past two months. 

Made $9,800 net profit doing a high intense part-time job (2 days a week). 

Moving forward with the high-risk Peptide Online store project. Was able to secure a Peptide merchant account for a client that is currently processing over $80,000 a month at a fair rate. 

Nailed few more high pay clients with Adobe PDF Sign and CloverGo Mobile Card Reader. 

After all, I was able to generate over $30,000 sales revenue in less than two months in 2017 by doing just part-time. Need to grow my operation to the next level.

I really don’t give a shit about who won the presidential election. I still have my life to live on.  

My 2-3 days a week part-time job also made me $50,555 full time income in 4 months by hiring the right guy to do the work.

I see many young people bitch about no job, no income and living with parents. They spent time on Snapchat complaining about their life and continue playing video game or waiting inline for the Black Friday deals. How sad is that?

One thing for sure is that, the new president already made me US$9000 on stock in less than a month. On the other hand, I put some money into the stock market and see where I end up earning in 1 month?

So stop bitch about your life. Get real. Set a goal and take action.

Party-Time Job + The right sales guy = Full Time Income

I’ve never thought about doing a part-time job for a full time income. To me, this job is simply too easy to do. The hard part is to get people to sign the contract and pay you. 

You gotta have the right person to do the right job. I have to admit that I suck at sales, so I end up hiring someone to do the sales for me. Since August 26th, he has sold over $46,000 in less than 3 months. Of course, I pay him really well to keep him motivated. 

I ask my sales guy not to sell too much, because this is just my part-time job. I only do this 2 days a week. The sad part of this is that it’s all photography job. If I don’t go out to shoot and process the photos, I won’t get paid. 

I am a believer of making good living with passive income money. That’s actually my full time job. I am building the system that can earn me good living with automation. However, the initial work to build the system isn’t that easy and it’s time consuming. I’ve already built few out there that earn me several thousands every month, but it’s just not significant enough to buy me a Bugatti. I need to repeat and re-invent. 

This part-time job income gives me enough money to re-invest on my camera equipment for the work + spare money to invest on stock that also earned me $5500 since the election day. 

There is no quick way to get rich fast. You have to earn it.

Run Google AdWords - To make good money, you should also invest money in marketing. Or you should just learn SEO. We did out own SEO, because we know the industry better than SEO Consultant. You can soon getting coupon from Gogole, since you registered your business with Google. 

The Best Customer Services - Do you know people who love bodybuilding are really picky? However, they are also royal customer for life. If you offer the best customer services, they will become your best friends.

Get a USA based Peptide merchant account - This is where you can get your high risk merchant account and process credit card at reasonable rate. What’s important is that you will get turn down by large banks due to the high risk business, but Moneck is so far the most friendly one that actually prove company selling Peptide merchant. And we use them! Remember! Don’t Apply Merchant Account before you have everything listed above for at least one month. Or you won’t even be qualified. That’s just an industry standard procedure. Don’t Be The Same Person You Hate

Been a self-motivated entrepreneur isn’t easy. However, it’s very important to connect with other like-minded entrepreneur and leader in the community to get your name out there.

I am very active on Google+ to engage with other self-claimed entrepreneurs. One way to do so is to join the popular Google+ community. Yes. I am in many of them.

One thing I really don’t like about Google+ community is that people believe dumping link the community will bring them SEO (Search Engine Optimization) benefit and traffic. I’ve tested and done that before.

I even send message to the community owner and moderator asking to volunteer to make the community better. I never got message from them and my message to them are deleted.

I am also part of few popular Facebook entrepreneur group. The following two are pretty much the largest two. And I decided to not participate them any more.

As you can see, one of the post I did was never published in the Facebook groups. There is one common fact about those so-call entrepreneur community or group, it’s a self promotion tool. You can see their motivational speech as well as their fortune status. Some even show lost cash on the table.

Really?

Real rich people don’t show their fortune. That tells me the person is insecure and in-mature. He probably doesn’t have that much money in the asset. The funny thing is that you don’t find successful store online by Googling their name. All the link you will find are from those website they build to advertise themselves.

That’s just pathetic. This constantly remind myself ....

Don’t be the same personal you hate.

I am still seeking my way to be a successful entrepreneur. Should I do the same like they do to Fake until you make it?

I don’t think so. First of all, I will not show off how much money I have and what kind of car I am driving. Instead, I would love to show what achievement I have accomplish on my personal website or on my social media profile.

I thought I can find like-minded entrepreneur online. Obviously, I have failed.

I only live once! So I decided to buy this domain today, and host this site on Tumblr for now. I am currently around the top 10% richest in the world, which really means nothing to me. My dream is to be a billionaire just like everyone does. Right? 

I don’t born rich, but I started my new journey with only $300. So can you! We all have dream and desire to live like the 1%. So this site will be the story book of my progress to reach the goal before I die. The main site will eventually become a community for like-minded people to help each other to make good living online and offline.

Join The 1% - You Only Live Once

To be honest, I am sicking tired of the #BlackLivesMatter movement and so-called We Are the 99%. 

I now agree withe many people out there saying #BlackLivesMatter movement is simply a racism. 

All lives matter. Not just black. Most black people were killed by black criminal. Go Google it. I am also tired of people bitching about the 1% who control the 99% fortune.  What if you are the 1%? Would you have the same point of view?

We only live once. Would you like to live the low life and rely on government to take care of you? If you do, you have the wrong mindset. 

I am currently at the top 10%, I am not going to let the poor people out there stopping me from living the 1% dream life. I am going to work my ass off to join the 1%. Once I reach that level, I am going to laugh at all the rest of 99%.  Invest your time and money wisely.

It’s been a while since I removed the Facebook App off my mobile phone. Life have been a lot more meaningful. I simply don’t care about the new Facebook news feed algorithm and whatever new features on Facebook app.  The only Facebook app I am still using are: 

Messenger

Instagram

Page Admin

I use Facebook messenger to communicate with specific people on my business page. Instagram are just for fun. Facebook Page Admin is where I get paid to do thing that most business owner don’t want to do. 

I will continue this effort as long as I need to. Again,I simply just don’t use Facebook on my phone. 

Experiment: No Facebook Apps On Mobile For A Day

Just a simple experiment and see how much life I will get back and how much productivity will increase after I stop using all Facebook apps for a day.  This includes main Facebook App, Messenger app, Page Manager app. I will still check those on the website few times a day, but I won’t get bothered with the notification. 

Let’s see how it goes for the next 24 hours! If it goes well, it means I can remove the apps off my phone!

Holy shit, That’s is how much time I have to spend every day to just clear out the notification and respond to the new information. I just suspend my personal Facebook access for the summer and hopefully I can really spare my time to be more profitable. 

That is also the main reasons why I can’t even spare time on my new startup project. 

I shall come back in late July to see how productivity I am in the next 30 days.

A Summer Without Personal Facebook

Lately, I have decided to cut down my access to the social media. Well. Not entirely. Facebook is probably the most time consuming social network of all time. 

I still can’t live without Facebook pages, which I get paid to managed other business’s page. 

Personally, I’ve actually started focusing more on Twitter, Instagram and even ello.co to re-band and to connect to people who are currently living in the dream of my dream. 

As you can see my previous post, I’ve shared a beautiful photo from ello.co.  

There is also no Facebook App on my mobile phone. I also logout Facebook on desktop to make it harder to login to my account. That’s for now.

Mountain View From The 6% Lifestyle!

Yup. Many of you on Tumblr are forever loser, while I am having the awesome view from the penthouse. Yup. I am not the 1% yet, but being the 6% is already good enough to laugh at all of you sucker. 

Keep dreaming in your 99% mindset. I don’t usually show off, but it feels good to remind yourself where you came from and how hard you work to get to this point.
