Srilankan creamy pumpkin curry:
Ingredients
Pumpkin 1kg
Thicked coconut milk 1cup
2nd coconut milk 2cups
Garlic 5 to 6
Pepper powder 4 tsp
Salt
Oil
Mustard seeds 2tsp
Few curryleaves
Red chilli 2
Half big onion
Turmeric powder 2tsp
Method:
1. Cut the pumpkin like a medium size cubes.. and wash them thoroughly.
2. Take a clay pot or normal vessel add all that cubed pumpkin pcs.
3. In a blender add garlic and pepper powder blend like a minced paste and keep a side.
4. In a pumpkin pcs add salt, turmeric powder, minced garlic and pepper paste mix together.
5. Then add 2nd coconut milk ( which means watery coconut milk).
6. Switch on the stove and keep the flame on medium.. let's cook our pumpkin pcs ... around 5 mins.
7. Meanwhile in a small pan add few spoons of coconut oil, mustard seeds, curryleaves, and dry red chillies , if big onion slices fry them until dark brown colour.
8. Check the pumpkin if it is half cooked add the fried seasoning into it mix well .
9. Finally add thicked coconut milk, and pepper powder 1tsp mix together and check the salt. Leave it for a minute..
10. Our srilankan creamy pumpkin curry is ready to serve.

Eggless chocolate doughnut recipe
flour...300g
butter...1 tbsp
pinch of salt
sugar... 1 tbsp
yeast... 1 and 1/2 tbsp
lukewarm water... 4 tbsp
for chocolate glaze:
cocoa powder... 75g
sugar... 4 to 5 tbsp
butter... 1 tbsp
milk... 1/2 cup
instant coffee powder... one pinch
( don't add too much of coffee powder)
Method:
1. Take your lukewarm water add yeast into it and mix well, keep it a side for 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl add flour salt sugar and butter.
3. Add yeast mixture into this flour mixture and combine welll.
4. Now add little by little normal water and knead until soft dough around 10 minutes
5.after 10 minutes later cover with kitchen cloth or cleand towel and leave it for 1 hr
6. After 1hr later..Now take that dough and cut with big circle and small circles like doughnuts shapes

7. Make your all doughnuts like this and keep it around 10 minutes for raise it.
8. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, drop the doughnut and fry until golden each sides.
9. Keep the heat on medium.
10. Now let's make our delicious chocolate glaze
In a pan add milk , cocoa powder, sugar, coffee powder, and butter mix together and heat just melted together.

Stuffed maldivfish capsicum
Ingredients
Capsicum 3 larges
Chilli flakes... 2 teaspoons
Salt
Curryleaves
Tomatoes...2
Onions...2
Oil
Maldivfish... 50g
Method:
1.Slit the capsicums length wise dont cut deeply
2. Remove the seeds carefully
3. And keep it a side
4. Now let's make our stuffing
5. In a large bowl add chilli flakes, salt, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, curryleaves and
6. Knead with your cleaned hands
7. Stuff the filling into the capsicums
8. In a large pan or kadai arranged all that prepared capsicums
9. Add 3 tabsp of oil and fry for 3 minute under the low heat and serve with rice or naan

Olive's style crab curry/ srilankan crab curry
Ingredients:
Crab.... 850g
Coconut milk....450ml 2nd milk
Thicked coconut milk... 125ml 1st coconut milk
Drumsticks.... 2
Drumsticks leaves... hand full of
Onion..1 , green chillies...3, curryleaves, pendan leaves..2
Fenugreek seeds... 2 tsp
Mustard seeds... 1 tsp
Chilli powder... 3 tabsp
Coriander powder... 2 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder... 2 tspn
For masala powder:
Rice.. 3 tsp
Cloves... 10
Cardamom... 5
Cumin seeds... 1 tspn ( dry roast everything without oil and make it powder) grind it.
Method:
1. Wash all that crabs and cleaned well.
2. In a large clay pot add washed and cleaned crabs
3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, pepper powder, tamarind juice, drumsticks leaves, cubed drumsticks, mix together
4. Add 2nd coconut milk and pandan leaves
5. Check the salt and switch on the stove on this time
6.keep the flame on slow heat and leave it for boiling
7. In a small frying pan add few spoons of oil , mustard seeds , fenugreek seeds and curry, onions fry them dark brown colour completely
8. After 3 minutes later gravy is boiling completely now add this frying seasoning and mix it together
9. Now add masala powder and continues to boiling
10. After 3 minutes later add our thicked coconut milk and boil for 2 minutes

Chettinad chicken biryani recipe:
Ingredients
Chicken 1kg whole garamasalas
Rice 1kg ( 5 cups)
Onions 5
Tomatoes 4
Green chillies 13
Ginger 2 pcs
Garlic cloves 20
Curd 1/2 cup
Chilli powder 2 tabsp
Coriander powder 3 tabsp
Salt
Oil 6 tabsp
Coconut milk 4 cups
Water 1 and 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken pcs with salt , turmeric powder, and curd mix together and keep it a side.
2.in a biriyani pot add oil and bay leaf
3. Add chopped onions
4. Fry until onions gets browned
5. Add whole green chillies 3 mix and leave it for 2 minutes
6. 2 minutes later add chopped tomatoes and waite for tomatoes mashy consistency
7. We want to make some chettinad masala paste .. in a grinder add
*bay leafe *cumin seeds
*fennel seeds
*cashews
*cloves
*cardamom
*cinnamon
*pepper cones
*star anise
8. Grinder like a smooth paste with little bit of water.
9. After tomatoes gets juicy consistency add this chettinad masala paste. Mix together
10. Leave it for until raw smell goes.
11. After that add chilli powder and coriander powder. Fry few minutes
12. Now add marinated chicken pcs mix with carefully
13.cook the chicken pcs halfed ( 5minutes)
14. When chicken is half cooked add coconut milk and water into this biriyani paste
15. Leave it for completely boiling
16. When the biriyani gravy is completely boiling add washed rice and reduce the heat to high close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
17. After 5 minutes later you can see the rice absorbed half water, now you want to put DUM process. Check my video.
18. Keep the flame on slow heat and cook the balanced rice well.
19. Now our hot hot chettinad chicken biryani is readyyy to serve...m 馃構馃憣馃憣

Hiiiii everyone... my next recip was uploaded on my channel, its SRILANKAN PIYOS OR PILLOWS
Ingredients:
All purpose flour....350g
Sugar... 2 tbsp
Baking soda ... 2 tsp
Banana... 15
Grated jaggrey... 125g (19 tabsp)
Method:
1. Take the mixing bowl add flour
2. Add Baking soda
3. Add jaggrey and sugar
4.mix well.
5. Take another mixing bowl add bananas and mashed bananas well.
6. Now time to mix together.
7. Combine welll
8. Now time to fry.
9. Drop it the batter into this hot oil carefully
10. Fry both sides
11. Keep the flame on slow
12. After golden brown take it out from the oil
13. Serve with honeyyy

Srilankan boondi recipe:
1.wheat flour.... 1cup
2. Chickpea flour...1/3cup
3. Red food colour
4. Baking powder... 2 tsp
5. Sugar... 1 cup
6. Water half cup
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add flour, add chickpea flour, and Baking powder
2. Now add water little by little make smooth batter.
3 . Mix without any lumps.. like a little thicked batter.
4. Now in a pan add sugar and water make sugar syrup..
5. Now Time to fry the boondi..
6. Drop the boondi batter like a un shaped rounds
7. Fry well, keep the flame on slow
8. After that add fried boondi on sugar syrup immediately
9. Now yummy boondi is readyyy to serve

Hiii everyone.. today I shared new post SRILANKAN FISH DEVIL.. its simple to make but flavours are absolutely awesome.. if you want to make your lunch colourful just follow my introduction.
Ingredients:
Fish 250gm
Big onions 3
Tomatoes 3
Capsicum 3
Ginger 1inch pcs
Garlic 10 no
Tomato sauce 5 to 6 tabsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt oil
Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Pepper powder 4 tabsp
Coriander powder 1 tabsp
Cumin powder 1 tabsp
Chilli flakes 1 tabsp
Turmeric powder 1 tspn
Half lemon
Method:
1. Let's marinate our fish
2. In a fish bowl add salt ,turmeric,chilli p,coriander p,pepper p,cumin p,lemon mix well
3.in a pan add oil for frying
4. Add marinated fish
5.fry both sides
6. After golden brown and crisp take it out from the oil
7.now time to make devil sause.
8. In a another pan , add same fried oil and extra 1 tsp oil..
9. Add chopped onions fry few minutes
10. After that add minced g +g
11. After 1 minute.. add tomatoes fry until tomatoes gets juicy consistency.
12. Now time to add all that spices
13. Add pepper, salt, and chilli flakes
14. Fry just around 1 minute
15. Now add tomato sauce, vinegar and soya sauce. Leave it for 2 minutes
16. Finally add sugar.
17. Check the salt level.
18. Now time to add fried fishes
19. Mix welll
20. And serve with family and friends..

Without oven honey cake
This is easy and moist honey cake recipe without oven also...
Ingredients:
Flour..250g
Powder sugar... 175g
Baking soda... 1/2tsp
Baking powder... 1 1/2 tsp
Vinegar... 1 tsp
Strawberry jam... 1/4 cup
Honey ... 4 tabsp
Hot water.. 1/2cu
Milk... 200ml
Method:
1. Take your all that dry ingredients
2. Shifted well
3. Now take a mixing bowl add all that shifted mixture
4.now add milk little by little
5. Beat well
6. Now pour the mixture into this greased pan.
7. Make a sugar syrup
8. Pre heat your pan on the stove with salt for 10 minutes.
9. Put it in the batter pan into this pre heated pan. And bake around 40 to 45 minutes
10. In a pan add jam and honey heat 1 minute or until jam gets melt.. take it out from the heat.
11. After 45 minutes later check your cake with cake tester or toothpick.. if cake is done take out carefully..
12. Now add holes into this chilled cake with fork..
13. Apply the sugar syrup
14. after that apply your awesome jam and honey frosting 馃い馃構馃憤..
15. Now your without oven honey cake is ready to be serve..

Fried egg buns..
This is easy fried egg bun recipe... I happy to say this, this is one of my own recipe. Please try out this and put your valuable comments. Enjoy with the Olive's .
Ingredients:
For the buns.
All purpose flour....250g
Yeast.. 1 and 1/2 tabsp
Butter... 1 tabsp
Salt to taste
Lukewarm water for yeast forming.
Normal water for dough kneading.
For the filling:
Boild egg.. 2
Onions... 3 medium size
Salt
Chilli flakes.. 2 tabsp
Cinnamon sticks..2
Sugar... 2 tabsp
Method
1. Take a half cup of lukewarm water add yeast and leave it for 15 minutes.
2.take a mixing bowl add flour.
3. Add butter .
4.add salt, and yeast mixture
5. Combine well
6. Add normal water little by little and knead wlll
7. Allow it for 2 hrs.
8. In a pan add oil
9. Add sliced onions and cinnamon leave it for 2 to 3 minutes until Onion gets lightly pink.
10. After that add chilli flakes mix and cook until raw smell goes.
11. After 1 minute add sugar fry until juicy consistency
12.filling is ready.
13. After 2 hrs take the double sized dough.
14. Make thin circles .... cut the edges like a perfect square.
15. Put your filling into this square and put half boild egg top the filling.
16. Fold like a roll.. make your all the buns like this.
17. Now add oil for frying pan heat up.. then add your prepared buns into this hot oil ..
18. Fry both sides
19. After golden brown take it out from the oil.
20. Arranged in a serving plate with tomato ketchup..
Hmmm yumm yummy fried egg buns are ready..
