Aaron would have a tiktok debunking medical misinformation and he'd have like 5 million followers who are drawn to his exasperated sarcastic responses to medical misinformation. aaron doesn't even realise he's internet famous half the time, he just sees some medical bs, posts about it angrily, then puts his phone away for 18 hours bc he's in surgery or smth and then when he checks it next it's gotten hundreds of thousands of views and comments

and he'd get pushback from fitness bros selling snake oil like "aaron minyard is a convicted murderer why are we taking medical advice from him"

and aaron would comment saying "that's DR aaron minyard to you. vaccines don't cause autism 👍" and he says it in such a deadpan flat way it becomes a meme
