Happy New Year, and Dreaded Taxes
Tumblr media
Well, last week we introduced ourselves and told you a bit about our life story.
We’ve had a bit of a busy week, creating some brand new bots, as well as some old favourites…
Meet “Donut”
Tumblr media
He’s a smashing lad, friendly and fun to be around, however, we’ve discovered that under no circumstances must he be allowed in the kitchen, or near anything sweet. He just can’t help himself, and he will take anything. He means no harm, but he just loves that sugary “goodness”.
So, what else have we been doing?
Er…
Oh yeah, taxes! We’ve been doing our taxes.
Okay, bot exactly doing our taxes; we spent a good couple of hours trying to remember our password this morning, then by the time we realised we’d written it down in the book of sums, we were locked out of the page. Now we have to wait ‘til tomorrow, and we’ve not even got into the maths bit yet 😭😭
It’s something we robots struggle with because our society trades items we find, rather than the odd human notion of buying everything in sight. We’re getting the hang of it though.
Next time we’ll be introducing some new Valentine’s bots.

Buz, Tinktopia’s Spokesbot Speaks.
Hi, my name is Buz and I’m the Spokesbot for the Tinktopians on earth.
I’d like to tell you a bit about our history. Are you sitting comfortably?
First there was the Hammer. Then the Hammer moved and made the Anvil. Then the Hammer struck the Anvil and made the Spark. And the Spark made fire.
The Hammer took the dust and and heated it in the fire and he placed it on the anvil and she beat us into shape. So now we worship The Hammer.
The Hammer made the Bolt and then the Nut so that they should be joined in Holy Ironmongery.
From then on, Bolt and Nut managed on their own, using bits of themselves and discarded metals to create their offspring.
